  Room was clean but mattress very hard and ac sounded like an airplane taking off. Not restful at all

  I stood in the lobby for 90 seconds before the associate who was sprawled out on the couch on her phone finally acknowledged me. "Checkin' in?" was how she greeted me without ever looking up from her phone. She yawned throughout our check in process and complained about how tired she was. We had two rooms booked, she didn't notice this, so we had to pay the taxes and sign twice after pointing out that we had booked two rooms. She gave us the second key cards and said that we were right next to each other. We were not next to each other nor across from each other. We were told that the first floor was undergoing a remodel and had to use the stairs to reach the second floor. This was not disclosed at time of booking. I'm just glad that no one in our party had any physical restrictions. As the first person one meets when entering this establishment I would expect more professionalism. The bed was comfortable. The room was fine, hadn't been vacuumed well, but good enough for one night. We didn't utilize the pool, but it looked clean. We left before breakfast was served but did grab some coffee for the road. The gentlemen setting up the breakfast was friendly and professional.

  Spencer checked me in at 4am. I was dog tired but man, he is the only type of person I would want to deal with. He is a people person and awesome. Give him a raise. Also nice rooms. Thank yall

  Rooms were great for the expense. Only complaint which isnt a complaint id come back any day, is that i had to check out and the poor guy that worked there was getting breakfast ready. I waited till he was done so he could check me out. This was not his problem this is the people above him need to staff at least 2 people minimum at front desk.

  We stay at Best Westerns often. This one was a bit disappointing. The room was mostly clean but had a musty smell and there was dirt/food in one if the headboards. The toilet leaked and made noise throughout the night. The gym was dirty, dust all over the equipment and food crumbs on floor. The staff was polite and the breakfast was decent.
