  This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The AC in the room was completely unreliable.. when it did turn on, it sounded like a jet engine and would randomly shut off and kick back on loud enough to wake me up. At one point, despite being set to cold, it actually started blowing heat in the middle of the night. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, the walls might as well not exist. You can hear everything from the hallway—doors slamming, people talking, kids running nonstop. There’s zero sound insulation, so don’t expect any rest. And the breakfast hours? 6–9 AM. That’s it. If you’re not up early, you’re out of luck. For the price, the lack of comfort, sleep, and basic quality is unacceptable The front desk person “drashti” acted clueless when we complained. Would not stay here again. Not even close. By far the worst hotel in owensboro. I’ve stayed at most of them.

  I’ll give it an okay. Couldn’t use certain things or parts of the hotel unless you’re a “registered guest”. Whatever that means, so I paid $120 for the night and wasn’t even allowed to use the pool. Put $100 hold on my account as well, didn’t get my money back for 2 days. Not to mention I could hear the TV blaring in the room beside me and above me, so the walls have got to be paper thin. I was hardly able to sleep because the TVs in both rooms were so incredibly loud.

  Booked for one night and Was banned due to a “ smell “ in the room . Thing is I’m out here traveling for work and was barely in the room due to me being at work.

  Great size room. Clean and kept just noticed a stain with blood on the sheet. Other than that it was meticulously cleaned. The shower curtain rod was crooked and would stay shut and water ran all over the floor rm 101. Quiet place. I would stay here again.
