  The location was nice. I’ll start with a positive. Negative, you can not adjust the thermostat in your rooms at all. It is hard set to 74 degrees. It felt closer to 80 degrees in my room. I slept not under any covers and was still sweating all night. The beds are so tall I had to jump to get up and down out of them. I normally don’t complain or leave bad reviews but man I am in bad mood from lack of sleep due to the pure heat in my room. It is summer right now. At least allow to go to 70 degrees. I feel like I would have gotten better sleep, sleeping in my car.

  This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The AC in the room was completely unreliable.. when it did turn on, it sounded like a jet engine and would randomly shut off and kick back on loud enough to wake me up. At one point, despite being set to cold, it actually started blowing heat in the middle of the night. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, the walls might as well not exist. You can hear everything from the hallway—doors slamming, people talking, kids running nonstop. There’s zero sound insulation, so don’t expect any rest. And the breakfast hours? 6–9 AM. That’s it. If you’re not up early, you’re out of luck. For the price, the lack of comfort, sleep, and basic quality is unacceptable The front desk person “drashti” acted clueless when we complained. Would not stay here again. Not even close. By far the worst hotel in owensboro. I’ve stayed at most of them.

  I’ll give it an okay. Couldn’t use certain things or parts of the hotel unless you’re a “registered guest”. Whatever that means, so I paid $120 for the night and wasn’t even allowed to use the pool. Put $100 hold on my account as well, didn’t get my money back for 2 days. Not to mention I could hear the TV blaring in the room beside me and above me, so the walls have got to be paper thin. I was hardly able to sleep because the TVs in both rooms were so incredibly loud.
