  The employees are hateful and they don’t know what a mammal is. They were extremely rude to my mom with Alpha Gal. Mocked her and made her cry when she asked if there was anything in the breakfast that didn’t have any mammal products. She had food back in the hotel room so it wasn’t the fact they didn’t have anything it was the way she was treated. We stayed at 2 other hotels the rest of the week and neither of them treated her this way or was as nasty as this hotel. I will never stay at a best western after this. It smelled strong of the fabulouso cleaner which smelt horrible. We found a brown recluse spider in our room. There was Stains all over the curtains. It was a horrible experience the minute we walked in to check in. The check in lady was rude.

  The service was great and so very friendly. The location was a bit noisy due to bright lights in the back parking lot and a neighborhood dog barking. The rooms are dated with a cracked sink but were clean.

  upon arrival, the front desk lady told us there was no hot water which i figured would be okay. turns out, the water wasn’t just freezing cold, but was also an ugly orange brown color. i was disgusted by this and asked for a refund, that they luckily gave back. the pool was also dirty, full of bugs and the water gave me a horrible itch afterwards. would not recommend this place.

  I accidentally came to this hotel when I had a reservation at the Eastside location. But it coincidentally worked out for me. The woman working the desk was kind enough to tell me it was probably for the best because the whole location had no hot water at the time. I appreciate her for that!

  BEWARE if you are booking through a 3rd party website such as Booking or Priceline! These 3rd party websites list check-in time as 2:00PM but when we got there we were told we would be charged $20 for early check-in because it was not until 3:00PM. We stated that our booking website listed check-in at 2:00PM and they stated that they have called them before to ask them to change it. A couple behind us stated that they booked through Booking.com and it was also listed as 2:00PM on their confirmation. The people at the front desk were kind but kind of just said sorry and shrugged it off and said we had to take the issue up with Priceline since that is what we booked through. I contacted Priceline to make them aware of the issue but want others to be aware of this as well so you can plan accordingly because they were not willing to honor the time that is provided by the 3rd party website.
