  We were prepared to overlook things like a sink that wouldn't drain or housekeeping not addressing our room after the first night. But the shine was taken off by their not having a working ice maker. The clerk who checked us in said it had been broken for a few days and they couldn't provide any ice because their maintenance man had been called out of town by a family emergency. This was added to, by the tiny frig in the room, which wouldn't freeze anything. But the kicker was when we were checking out two days later and said how much the lack of ice had effected us. The woman at the desk then said they had ice available right along and the first clerk shouldn't have said that.

  I was amazed we got a handicap room for me and my son. Staff is excellent and room was clean and nice to sleep on nice comfortable bed Shower was amazing and refreshing. Breakfast organized and really good. biscuit and gravy was awesome and waffle was really good. pleasant Atmosphere parking for handicap was really close A+ stay.

  Leeann at the front desk is rude!!! Asked if the pool was open because my son wants to swim for his birthday and she told me that wasn't allowed and we weren't doing a party just something special for him

  I am extremely pleased with the staff at the Best Western Governors Inn in Wichita, Kansas. They have consistently been courteous, professional, and exceptionally helpful each time I have needed to make reservations for my company. Their outstanding customer service and willingness to assist have made every interaction a positive experience. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend this hotel.

  The receptionists are incredibly kind and friendly. Had a great time chatting with them while I was there. The rooms were clean and kept up nicely. The ice machine while I was there, and the breakfast area was extremely cramped. The snacks and drinks are easily accessible with modest prices. The washer and dryer were card only, which is convenient for most but overpriced at $4 a piece.
