The room and service were OK. The pool and hot tub were subpar, water level is down 8 in, and the hot tub smells like a cesspool.
I had stayed 2 weeks prior and condition was ok, water level was low but acceptable.
Google has prices right around$122. As well as I had asked about a military/1st responder discount, upon check in, I was told it would be applied by another individual later that night. During check out, I was informed they do not, so when I received my receipt the prices were between $164 and $151. Plus city taxes and sales taxes. Which I've been finding this state taxes the hell out of everything... i was shocked with the inconsistency, and when I asked about it, I was told the owner changes it when they feel night to night..
I didn't expect to pay close to $600 for 3 nights. A bit disappointing honestly.

It’s been good everytime we’ve stayed, just wish they had a little more competitive pricing compared to other local stays!

You have no sugar, not everybody has substitute sugars.\n And the only breakfast you serve is sausage can't eat it. It was a waste of my money.

We stayed in Hiawatha while beating a major snowstorm on the route from Saint Paul, Minnesota to Oklahoma. Hiawatha is a small population town of 3,000 so we didn't expect a hotel like a Best Western property. Hotel was nice, nice staff, quick on getting additional towels for a fam of 5. Room has fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There's a Caseys gas station and Dollar General if you need to fill up on gas, or get food for your stay. There is surprisingly a Pizza Hut that will deliver to the hotel. The hot breakfast was great, a variety of options to choose some. We will consider this hotel as a halfway point to stop on future travel if we are going back to the Twin Cities on this route.

I was unfortunate to break down in Hiawatha, KS and had to stay 3 nights till a friend had off work to come pick me up from 3 hours away. On the last morning, I asked the staff if it would be ok to check out at noon which is 1 hour late. They said it was no problem and they wouldn’t charge the late fee. At 10:30, the lady sent her daughter knocking on my door to inform me that she had called the manager and the manager said to charge me a late fee. I hurried and jumped in the shower and luckily I was already packed and I checked out at 10:59. I’m just asking you keep your word. If they would have said there was a late charge in the first place, I would have came out to the lobby and waited that last hour to be picked up. I noticed that room service never even got to my room before noon, as it was just a few doors down from the lobby, so it was really stupid. Another misfortune is the rooms are twice as much as they are worth. I guess they can do that since there is no real competition in town
