  Absolutely will stay here again. Beautiful motif which blends in nicely for Dodge City. Everyone had smiles when they greeted us which sadly is rare these days. We definitely want to give a shout out to Fransico. What a wonderful person to represent your hotel! He was our friendly bartender in the evening and was the ones who checked us out in morning! What an amazing hard working gentleman!

  Maintenance staff MESSED UP BIG TIME WITH 3 SEPARATE ISSUES IN THIS ROOM (deadbolt on door didn't work, phone cord was broke off phone (when I tried calling down to report it so had to look up phone # & use my cell as ready for bed). All the pictures were off the wall with only bare hooks showing. Breakfast Front desk Staff was very nice & offered 2 bottles of water. but I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS HOTEL.

  This Best Western in Dodge City was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in lately on my travels. The rooms are nicely decorated, the beds and pillows were comfy, the breakfast was good with a nice variety and the pool was sparkling clean Kudos to the housekeeping and front desk staff! Would stay here again if passing thru!

  My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with BW's staff and hotel. Marilyn at the front desk was professional, respectful, helpful, and kind. She is good at her job. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. We saw staff in each area we visited cleaning, working, and willing to assist. What more could you ask for. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

  We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The young lady who checked us in was so lovely and welcoming. Our room was large and extremely clean. The entire hotel is so clean and smells good. The decor is perfection for the location in Dodge City. Everything feels modern but pays homage to the western heritage of the town. We just really enjoyed the entire experience. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.
