Nice rooms, called down for some blankets and pillows and was told to come get them at the desk you would think with a sofa bed they would leave those things in the room but whatever, was most excited for the pool and hot tub beings I spent $500 for a weekend just to be told they are out of order because their under maintenance, kinda expected some sort of discount but again whatever the rooms clean and comes with free breakfast so ide give it an overall 3.5 outa 5 stars

I stayed here for a business trip and honestly am very disappointed. When I entered my room I switched on the light switch and nothing happened. I went to the main part of the room and instantly noticed a stain on the couch. The bed looked clean and decent but I’d be lying if I say I didn’t check it for bedbugs first. Then I went to the bathroom where the real issues began. It was honestly gross including but not limited to standing water in the shower. But I had no other hotel choices in the area so I stayed the night (the on hotel in the town). In the middle of the night and the breaking point was the smoke detector started to chirp. If I ever have to come back here for business I will be staying somewhere else.

I'm not sure how this specific hotel has a 3.9 star rating. The gym and fitness center is nice and the pool and hot tub are ok. I would scroll down in the reviews and read. I would echo what the gentleman ( business owner) said in his negative review with added negative concerns and comments. The rooms are not all that they may seem to be. On the surface when you walk in they look OK... and I do check. I check locks cleanliness ect. But you don't see everything at first glance. I went for a day getaway as I have a pending surgery for my shoulder. As first it seemed OK. At about 11pm I noticed bugs crawling on the end table and my bible. I would have slept in my car but with my injury this was not possible. No manager on duty quite often. I just wanted to go to sleep and wake up and shower and go home. Upon waking up at 4am as I do each day. I read, reflected and meditated and then wanted to shower and get outta there. Oh no wait...a big rusty nasty spot and hole in the tub. Time to go.. NOW! I went to check out, no manger. I asked some young man to leave a note as I wanted fully compensated. He said call back in a few hours, they're would be a manager there then. I called and called. No answer. I then called customer service and voiced my complaints. She could not even get ahold of a manager. She said she would get back with me in a couple days for compensation ( thank you Chelsea in Arizona) as this was up to each properties discretion. WHAT???? I have stayed at some very nice Best Westerns before but this paticular one was and is an atrocious. I have pictures of a bug bite on my neck from when I came home and immediately showered. If I wanted to go camping I would have but as I said I have an upcoming major surgery. Compensation need come quickly please. Also, may be some shady folks, employees and activities going on here. If I were Best Western I would take a long hard look at this property. The only reason I have it any stars on my review are because I'm a fair & professional individual. Have a nice day!

Hotel is in a great area. That’s the only good thing. Rooms and hotel are very outdated and dark inside. The room smelled very musty, wasn’t cleaned as it should have been, black hair inside shower and on toilet seat upon arrive, they provided only 1 towel for 2 adults and 2 children, nice size pool and hot tub but very dirty common area with debris, hair ties, and trash around pool deck. They do have a sauna but when you open the sauna door it has a horrible smell that you just can’t figure out. The outside of the hotel looks well kept but inside is a different story. Customer service at the lobby wasn’t great either. When we arrived, there was nobody at the front desk, was a sign that they would be back later, and to ring the bell for service. I rang the bell twice and no one answered or arrived. I had to have my child come inside to wait for me so I would use the restroom and while I did all that and came back they stated they rang the bell and still no one showed up. We waited approximately 20 minutes. This Best Western is independently owned so it’s not up to the corporate standards to say the least.
