  The hotel shares a parking lot with a night club. Every night police were called for one issue or another. There were some things we witnessed that were very very disturbing. We were there for a baseball tournament in the area and felt unsafe. The tournament director has been notified in hopes they do not encourage use of this hotel in the future. We were also charged more than originally agreed to when we booked and the manager in charge was NEVER around to help rectify the situation. I highly recommend you do not use this hotel. Worst experience ever! Do better Best Western.

  Loved this hotel!! Rooms were very clean, front desk staff were super nice and welcoming. If in this area again will for sure stay here again!

  We waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in but that’s only because leadership scheduled him on his own. He was great checking us in but shame on whoever schedules staff on INDY RACE WEEKEND nonetheless because he was all by himself and doing the very best. TV streaming didn’t work, that was a huge bummer but otherwise a generally clean place and way quieter than I expected based off other highway noise reviews. Would stay again though.

  Clean, comfortable rooms and beds. Customer service was very good! Great location right off the freeway.

  Stayed here for the Indy 500, 15 minutes drive to the track and great location. Good service and clean rooms. Highly recommend for race fans.
