Stayed overnight for a stop on a road trip. Was at the hotel for a total of 6 hours, tops. Room was damp and smelled like a moldy basement. Left and then was charged a smoking fee, which neither my partner nor I smoke. When I called, trying to tell them we were only there to sleep, then left in the morning, there was no smoking, they did not budge. Unfortunately i think it’s a malpractice they do for extra money. I’m not sure anyone would be able to smell smoke over the mildew smell. All that and not even mentioning the roaches. Would not recommend this hotel.

I don't usually do these, but this hotel was such a terrible experience I have to. Dirty, damp, terrible water pressure, shower falling apart. The back door to the building didn't even lock. Wasn't going to mention anything about this awful place untill the worst part... We were charged twice for the stay (we got in late at around 2 a.m.) and were told it was because our room smelled like Marijuana. What?! And of course, no way to dispute an entire second charge for us. This business practice is predatory, taking advantage of people with no way to dispute. Beware. Do not stay here.

We just stayed here a few nights for a baseball tournament. It was just OK. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't great either.
The rooms were clean & appeared to be recently renovated, which was nice. Our room had a mini-refrigerator, microwave, and a nice large TV with good cable TV options. It didn't smell or feel damp. The mattresses were pretty flimsy & cheap. The bathrooms were very tight & had a funk setup with the sink/mirrors jammed into the corner where you walk in.
The pool area was also decent. The water was cold, but it was clean. There was plenty of seating options around the pool area & windows that opened to help make it not so miserably hot & humid like many pools are.
The rest of the hotel just seemed old & dated. There was no elevator, which I can't believe is even allowed anymore in hotels. The carpet in the hallways was extremely worn/dated/dirty. The walls & staircase had many bangs/chunks throughout. The lobby & common area just seemed dark & was very tight. No great areas to hang out, play games, talk, etc... if you are with a group.
Maybe they did a partial renovation & will finish those other areas of the hotel next? The location was nice, many restaurants & gas stations you can walk to. Also, right across the road from the outlet mall for the shoppers.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I’m giving it two stars only because the bed was clean and the breakfast was decent. Everything else was disappointing.
The shower floor creaks so badly that it feels like it could collapse at any moment. The bathroom ventilation system is incredibly loud—almost loud enough to require ear protection.
The cleaning crew was the biggest issue. They were constantly talking loudly in the hallways throughout the day, creating a nonstop disturbance. It felt like a constant source of noise and made it difficult to relax. I even asked the hotel manager to address the issue, but nothing changed.
I’ve stayed at much better hotels for the same price they charge. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.
