  From the moment I walked in I could smell how clean this hotel was. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful clerk, Rushank. He explained all the hotel amenities in depth and is one of the best ambassadors you could have for you4 brand. Entire property, outside, lobby area, lobby restrooms, guest room, bathroom, pool and hot tub area were immaculate. Hotel is close to so many restaurants and shopping areas. Hot breakfast was amazing and Anya did a fantastic job serving us. There were 4 juice choices and 2 coffee machines with choices like Latte and Frapachino. Overall one of the best hotel stays I have ever had and I travelled a lot. Much better than most high price 5 star hotels. We will be back soon and next t8me we won’t stay in Indy, we will just drive the 25 minutes. Thank you Rushank and Anya.

  The Best Western Plus Hotel in Anderson, IN has been recently updated. Everything is new, clean, and well taken care of. The staff is professional and friendly. Kristen, at reception, went above-and-beyond to ensure the best visit. I would stay here again and recommend it.

  This was our first visit at the hotel. We were greeted with friendly smiles and the check-in process was simple and quick. Our room was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The entire hotel was spotless. The breakfast was very good. There was a great variety of food choices and the staff was very friendly. It was great comfortable experience. We definitely will be staying here again when we are in the area. I highly recommend this hotel!

  Very personable and helpful front staff, so we were impressed before we got in the room. The room was very clean, and with it being “pet friendly “, our room had no carpets which was great. I was worried when the clerk said that the “pet friendly rooms” were on one end of the building, first floor as it seems a lot of times when there are certain rooms set aside for pets, they are kind of worn down. Such was not the case here. The room was big, and as I said, very clean with no signs of destruction from other dogs. Very easy to take our dog out to the big grassy area. Reasonable price, and with a Cracker Barrel right next door, dinner was easy and good. Easy on/off I-69 so the entire experience was a good one. Since we were traveling on a weekend, we didn’t stay for breakfast as it opens at 7 am on weekends, and we wanted to get on the road early so I can’t review that. However, if it is as good as the rest of the hotel, I am sure it is great.
