  We've been in a couple times now and each time, Grace has been amazing! Also I love how kind the staff is and I never feel rushed or pressured. I went this weekend for the engraving event and had a blast. I'll be back soon, I feel like I'm collecting these fragrances now, but it's so worth it.

  I always have an amazing experience at Byredo! I’ve made several purchases and Grace is always graceful, professional and make us feel right at home. I appreciate Grace’s attentiveness and patience while we carefully select our next signature fragrance, which takes a while because they’re all so wonderful!

  Grace makes great honor to her name! She was really helpful and knowledgeable. I have pretty bad social anxiety and she never made me feel judged. I liked looking at their selection of perfume. I'll definitely return.

  Stopped in just to window shop. But Taye (sp?) was so polite and knowledgeable. She convinced me to go for it. I finally ended up splurging on Mojave Ghost after years of coveting it!

  I had such a wonderful experience at the Byredo store! Tay (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. She made the whole shopping experience feel special and enjoyable. I purchased my favorite perfume and was so happy to receive a beautiful tote bag as well. I left the store feeling very happy and excited about my purchase. Thank you, Tey, for such a lovely experience! I’ll definitely be back!
