Wonderful staff very friendly, breakfast buffet was great had variety for everyone.
Eggs, potatoes, sausage, make your own waffles, cereal, fruit, juices, milk.
Only thing I wish was extra pillows, other than that great experience. Did have a decent sized pool too.
This was an excellent Best Western Hotel. The price was reasonable. The breakfast was awesome, hot meat, eggs, toast, waffles and other breakfast items. The decor throughout the hotel was hardwoods, with wood flooring.
The room was considerably spacious with carpet in the bedroom and tiled in the bathroom area. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was roomy for 2 people and plenty of pressure. The refrigerator was large and had a freezer. It also had a large scree TV, which you normally don't get in other same priced hotels. Overall this was an exceptional hotel and I wish our itinerary was taking us back that way on the drive home, but we're going north instead.

We had a nice experience here for an overnight stay during a road trip. It was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Everyone was friendly. The courtyard area was peaceful and well landscaped too. Would definitely stay here again

The pros: the staff is very kind and helpful. You can tell they put effort into trying to keep the common areas looking nice and the atmosphere relaxing. The breakfast spread was decent nothing to write home about but at least it was better than packaged sweets only. Apparently they have a large pool and a fitness room but I didn't have time to check them out as I was just there to sleep quickly and then get to work. I can't give a review on those unfortunately.
The cons: the entrance to the hotel was not clearly marked. When you pull in off the main road there is a sign telling you where to go for extended stay but there is not a sign directing you to the Best Western check-in. That was disappointing as the building is very widespread. This could be quite confusing as someone from out of town that isn't familiar with the hotel or the area. Walking in, the first thing you see is gambling machines! (Another reason I wasn't sure if I was at the correct entrance or even the correct place!) This is very much off-putting. I travel a lot and I've never been to a hotel with video gambling machines in the lobby. If you're going to have those could you at least put them in a bar area or a separate room?? My only assumption is that it was to keep an eye on the patrons and make sure they are 21 and older. Not very classy first impression.
My room was a decent size but it was the worst smelling room I've probably ever come across. I briefly considered asking for a different one but it was late, and due to the noise around my room I could tell they had other guests so I didn't know if it was worth the bother. Unfortunately when I tried to go to sleep I could taste the bad smell. I'm sure it has permeated all of my clothing and things so I'm a little concerned about that. To the property management please mark your instances more properly and please tear out the old nasty carpet or whatever it is that smells.
Overall I would say it gives the accommodations of a super 8 but with better breakfast.
It definitely had a lot of cool relics in the building. It looks like it was a really cool place maybe 50 to 70 years ago but was never updated as the years went by.

99% great with a few hiccups that were VERY minor
Overall would still rate 10/10!
GREAT:
- Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet, did not hear others
- AC has many different modes: dry, cool, heat, fan. We appreciate the flexibility of that
- Price is insane for what we get. 50% cheaper than the nearest 3-star hotel, just a 10-min longer drive away than the main town area
- Beautiful courtyard that sees into the large indoor pool!
- Room has USB-A chargers, fridge, and microwave standard.
- Shower water pressure was insanely good!
- Breakfast was VERY good. There was a staff/owner there attending and refilling things and cleaning up. The room had an old boombox playing music. It actually was in an old pub/restaurant and had plenty of space to sit. Here are the foods I saw:
Cereals (Cheerios, Honey Nut Cheerios, Raisin Bran, Rice Krispies)
Whipped cream, 2% milk, whole milk
Waffle maker with waffle mix and syrup and 3 toppings, one of which was chocolate chips
Juices, mango flavored water, and water
Coffee and tea
Scrambled eggs, potato wedges, and sausage patties
Yogurt (which was really good)
Bread slices, baked goods (muffins and danishes)
HICCUPS:
- Lamps use white bright light. I think a warm white light would be better and more comforting
- Front desk clerk read us out our 2 room numbers. Not a safe protocol when one of the rooms is to be occupied by a single female
- Layout of the hotel is a bit confusing and was hard to find the elevator. More signage in the hallways would have been helpful
- Location was a bit off the normal road BUT makes it nice and quiet
