  Super friendly staff. Clean and quiet room. Forgot a package and they were kind enough to send it back.

  Second time staying at this Best Western in as many years. Great location, right off of the highway. Very good breakfast setup, constantly being restocked throughout the morning. Clean and quiet room that was also pet friendly.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. The manager/owner and operator helped me when it's most needed. Great room and great breakfast sausages! It's not easy to find an uber in effingham, the owner went extra and drove me across town.

  Best experience we've had in TWO YEARS moteling!!! Motel is very clean, exceptional room with comfy beds. The room was very clean and fresh. The breakfast was great and tasty. The front desk was efficient and helpful. We'll NEVER STAY at any WYNDHAM/MICROTEL AGAIN!!!! Thank you much BEST WESTERN !!

  The room furnishing are dated and somewhat worn. The shower/bath has some stains on the floor and is missing chips of enamel. The bath room ceiling has large yellow stains that have been painted around. The refrigerator was dirty. The sleeping area seemed to be clean. There is some type of sensor located above the entry door that chirps non-stop. It sounds a bit like a metronome. The fitness center is a joke. The treadmill and fitness cycle both have out of order signs on them. I tried the stepping machine and found it non-operational as well. This doesn’t appear to be just a broken machine awaiting repair, with every machine broken, it seems they have no plans of providing fitness equipment, contrary to what is advertised. There are weights available. Checkin process was smooth and the clerk was friendly. Convenient to the highway.
