  The hallways smell like pee. I was told to just pull off the parking lot and the app would register the time. I'm still calling the service for the parking because it's been 3 days and it shows as active. 1/10 tbh

  There is hidden fees. You have to pay for parking and its about $ 60 a day. The hotel had a really bad smell and on top of that our neighbors were smoking weed so the smells was even worse. My son woke up with a bad rash. The receptionist had a bad attitude the whole time and was not helpful at all. Do not book at this hotel

  We stayed here as part of a group tour, the location is excellent and an easy walk to all the main attractions of Chicago city centre. While the interior is a little dated, it suited our needs for the two nights that we stayed here. Breakfast was nice and a good variety of options. A special mention for Wallace the parking attendant, a wealth of knowledge with an amazing positive attitude.

  “A disappointing experience. This is a very unattractive hotel that really operates more like a motel. The facilities are outdated, poorly maintained, and in bad condition. The carpets smell terrible — like stale marijuana. The photos of this hotel online are misleading; the reality looks nothing like the heavily edited pictures. They clean the room every other day unless you specifically request housekeeping. I would not recommend it. The only good thing about this place is its unbeatable location.”
