Wonderful stay, and a standout front desk!
I stayed here this past Saturday night and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the whole property felt well cared for.
A special shout-out to Rocio at the front desk. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked up. She made check-in quick and easy, and she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Service like that really sets a hotel apart.
I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Rocio and team!

This location doesn't even look like a chain hotel from the street. Comfortable lobby, cute courtyard in the front, decent breakfast buffet with cinnamon rolls and eggs/sausage. Beds and pillows were comfortable enough, I prefer plushy bed and down pillows and this was not too far off from that. If you prefer a firmer mattress, I think you'll be ok too. Staff was pleasant in response to me being kind and friendly but I'm sure they see their fair share of curt customers, so just go in being nice and they'll respond in kind! Our king oom was clean and had a lovely view of the marathon, a desk, fridge, microwave and 2 comfy chairs which were a pleasant surprise! The neighborhood is adorable, close to the lake and has tons of great restaurants and coffee spots. Would stay again!

Terrible hotel. Ridiculously overpriced and is pretty much a poor man’s Travelodge. Rude staff. No house keeping. Air conditioning unit cover fell off. The breakfast is nothing short of a joke. Breakfast room is just about big enough for 3 people. Then, if you are lucky enough to get some food you can sit outside on seats covered in bird poo. There is coffee at reception but this is not free as per most hotels and will cost you extra. The parking is a public parking car park so not great and cost additional $30 per night. My advice is to forget it and get a cheap hostel. At least you will know what to expect there.

Very nice and walkable location, the staff were super friendly, and the hotel was very cozy. But the room windows had no view at all (blocked), and I woke up to loud noise from the laundry next to my room. It was so loud. I should have gotten a better room for what I paid.

I've never stayed at a Best Western before, so I was a little uncertain about this. On this trip I came for a baseball series, and it turned out there was also some giant convention in town so lodging was limited around the Wrigley area and downtown lodging was through the roof. So I stayed here for convenience.
I do not regret it at all. The property is very nice. It is compact and small, as in the ceilings are low and everything, but that's because it is an old building converted to a hotel. It is quite charming, and not run down at all.
The location is also very good. It is only about a 10/15 minute walk from the ballpark which is also the Addison stop for the red line. I was also able to catch the bus downtown quite easily from the line on Lakeshore. So there are tons of transit options. It takes about the 15 minute walk plus 30 to get downtown, but for an early to bed person like me who is already stretching it with an evening ballgame this is PERFECT as opposed to staying Magnificent Mile and commuting there afterward.
I'm definitely going to look for this hotel whenever I'm coming back to Wrigley for anything.
