Stopped here on a long- range bike trip. The room was affordable!! And clean!! The desk folks were friendly and had great sense of humor! The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a great hotel with clean rooms! The breakfast has a lot to offer to thethe guests. I will definitely stay again when in the area!

We book the rooms at 3pm. Finally get there at 11pm, for them to tell us that we have to pay in person. They dont do payment on the website. Of you dont accept it then dont have it as an option. I argue and finally get a payment method that works. She wont take it because its a corporate card. I fill it out online and she accepted the corporate card online. Like what bs what I lead on about at 11pm.

The rooms were clean and The staff that I dealt with at first was very nice and very helpful. On the website that they sent me was a link for late checkout which I wanted. They charge my credit card for it and then told me that I could not stay that the website was wrong we were there for my daughter's birthday party and her and her friends wanted to swim daughter's father tried to speak to the front desk and was met with less than kind service. He paid another $25 for the extended stay so that the girls could enjoy the birthday party. I finally got so aggravated that I said we are packing up and leaving. When I went to the front desk to have his $25 returned, I was met with a hateful attitude. It was implied that since I won the room in a giveaway instead of paying for it, that I wasn't deserving of the same level of service. When I finally got money returned, she only returned $15 of the $25 and I told her I was calling corporate. As I walked away she called me an obscene name and I recorded every second of this interaction. Trying to talk to anyone about this was ridiculous. I was sent an email chastising me and pretty much calling me a liar. I will never go back there or stay in another best western

Hi I had a reservation for March 6-7 , but I wasn't able to stay cause the front desk attendant couldn't find my reservation. Supposedly Agoda has been trying to reach out to the hotel so I can get my money refunded and they haven't get an answer. Can someone please take care of this? Cause I showed up to the hotel and wasn't able to stay cause I wasn't given any other option but to pay for another reservation which honestly this is outrageous, cause I called best Western customer and they were able to find the reservation but the front desk attendant insisted that she couldn't find my reservation.
