  I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. Although the service was prompt and friendly the front desk person said the room number out loud which I did not like due to safety reasons and they appeared quite inebriated. The smell of alcohol was overwhelming and they had clearly been over consuming while on the job. That is unacceptable for me. The rooms were clean,but very old and worn out. They had a lot of smells because of the age. There were some old stains on the bedding as well. The chair was badly stained and looked like it had not been cleaned since new. It was crusty like an old bus seat. The beds were incredibly hard. You could tell that they had tried to remedy that with foam pieces,but they didn't really do much. The heater had issues all night. It couldn't maintain an even temperature. It would get extremely hot,then cold and so on. Breakfast was terrible overall. The one thing I did really really enjoy at breakfast was the salsa. I'm not sure if it was homemade or not,but that was delicious. I'd buy that in a jar of they offered it. The rest of the food was pretty inedible. Parking is excellent. Plenty of space and easy to get into. Overall the experience was bad and I don't intend to ever come back. It's not worth it for the good parking and some salsa. Especially not when it's the highest price point in the area. PS if you do stay here the shower takes about 10 minutes to start running warm water. It never gets very warm,but it does get warmer if given enough time. The sink is slightly quicker but not by much.

  Room was very dirty, bathroom not clean very well. Shower curtain was dirty, no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was terrible, eggs that were scrambled and have been sitting there all morning. Will not stay at this hotel or chain again

  We we're not able to check we we're stranded in Indiana because of the snow storm. We we're charged as is. Best Western could have given us a credit of some sort.

  Never again goin to stay at that hotel...the deont desk always has excuses for everything and never fix anything i got a room the the fridge wasnt working the heater in the room just blew cold air and not hot water...worst hotel

  This hotel was one of the cleaner, quieter stays I’ve had, with courteous staff—one recommended a great local bar with excellent quesadillas. However, on checkout, when I reported a vehicle blocking a wheelchair ramp between two disabled spaces, the staffer I spoke to admitted the vehicle was hers. She also claimed it wasn’t a designated space (incorrect, this is an unloading area for wheelchair-lift vans as well as a wheelchair ramp). She also justified this by saying she was leaving before checkout (irrelevant). Blocking wheelchair access is inconsiderate and a clear ADA violation. Do better.
