  I had to go there twice for windshield replacement due to a power outage. Second time was just for calibration which was done very quickly. Nice waiting room, friendly staff both in person and on the phone.

  I would recommend to go to Wood Dale office for repairs and warranty claims. Brought in SUV for windshield replacement covered under insurance. Immediately after repair vehicle had a kazoo noise in windshield over 30 mph. And they had severed my windshield wiper fluid line. Called to setup a warranty appointment the next day at this same Addison location. At that appointment, the manager denied cutting the fluid line and their workmanship thar caused the new noise. In the end, said he would repair the line but not the workmanship that caused the new noise that wasn't there prior. Called insurance company and then Safelite and both recommended to go to a different location. 1 day later went to Wood Dale location. Fixed line no questions. Offered to redo windshield and fix cowl grille damaged. Tech said Addison installed windshield incorrectly as well (bottom not enough sealant and 60% of the top of windshield was not sealed). They even offered for me to come in and would install a new cowl grille with no labor costs. Bottom line don't go to Addison.

  Safelite performed a windshield replacement on my BMW X6 in the parking lot where I work. The technician was prompt and called ahead of arrival. I watched the entire process from my office. The work was performed efficiently and with care as to not damage the finish of my car. The replacement completely met expectations. The only negative is that one of the molding clips broke and the technician did not have any with him. This is a $3 part. The tech was able to get the molding to stay in place with a dab of PU sealant. This may be a problem on the next replacement but the result was good.
