  Location is good, service is fantastic!!! The rooms... leave something to be desired. Not as big as they look on the pics, some stuff was nearly broken in our room. Seems dated, but for a place to sleep it was fine. Pool and hot tub were out of order

  It’s a very run down hotel. The hot tub was lukewarm warm at best, it wasn’t being filtered actively at all neither was the pool. The hot tub had hair and snot floating around and you couldn’t even see through the pool water it was so “muggy”. The bathroom shower in our room was covered in hair like the house keepers didn’t even bother to rinse it out after the last people who stayed. The comforters also found different hair all over them - I doubt they wash them consistently. We paid $200 for one night which is outrageous for what it was.

  I live in hotels for work. This is the first bad experience I have ever had at a Best Western.

  Me most recent experience at this location was an overall positive one. It may be a little bit tricky to find the entrance as it is kind of tucked back behind a gas station /Burger King, but not overly difficult if you follow signs or you map software. The room appeared to have been updated within the last few years but the building is a bit on the aged side. Exposed brick on the outer facing walls in the room gives it a sort of industrial loft feel but is not overly done as it does feel welcoming and kind of cozy. We did find an old package of emergency under the corner of the pull out sofa bed as well as a little plastic spider decoration, but the rooms were cleaned well other than that. The a/c works, there is a large mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker for in room appliances. And the breakfast was varied and delicious as well (I recommend the banana nut muffins).

  This hotel is the worst! I paid extra for a room with double beds for my son and daughter-in-law. The hotel put them in a dirty room with feces on the bathroom door and a single bed. My son had to sleep in a chair. Once I found out about it (I was out of the country) I called the hotel front desk and got them moved to a double bed room for the 2nd night. I booked through ID-90 (airline employee travel app) and have requested a partial refund for the difference in price from double to a single bed room. The hotel refused the refund to refund ID-90/me the difference. I have repeatedly left messages with hotel manager for a discussion on how they can make this right without even so much as a call back. I will never stay at this hotel again or another Best Western again. Worst hotel and even worse customer service!
