  Yo tengo un tema cada vez que llego a un hotel, huelo las almohadas; en mi criterio deben oler a limpio, y pues no. Olían a cabeza de alguien más, termine quitándole las fundas y 2 de ellas sin funda seguían oliendo mal.

  The room was clean and they were able to get me in that very night. Staff was polite and cheerful and happy to help.

  This hotel is amazing. Really superb customer service when it comes to their annual Mother’s Day brunch. They do a good job, including both hotel guests as well as people that have their reservations. The brunch is expensive, but you get a lot of things included with us that makes it well worth it Again. It is an upgrade you have to be prepared for that, but it’s very good at the same time the staff does a really good job.

  Just wanted to give a shout out for the outstanding customer service Andrew from the front desk and Mary who works the bar around 9 PM on Wednesday when I lost my glasses case with my glasses inside with my contacts case in my rush to get to work at 6:30AM that day in the morning. The issue was addressed with urgency and they both were thorough trying to find them. Luckily they were found in the end and crisis averted. I am glad this place has people working here who care. The rooms are clean with a layout that makes sense. Beds comfortable with clean linens. Great selection of things on the smart TV with a complimentary breakfast that is a step up from most I've seen. The coffee machine is a nice cherry ontop with its selections of styles of coffee and flavors as well as hot cocoa using real coffee beans rather than powder. Brings back good memories of the coffee I got working at Micron.

  You have to walk half way across town to get to the elevator because it was more important to put a bar in the front of the hotel. I was on the second floor closet to the front of the building but had to walk clear to the back for the elevator and then clear back to the front of the building in the second floor. Crappy layout. Fairly decent rooms though.
