  Edit: From reading recent reviews, the owners and corporate need to look into management of this property. This is disgusting! During my recent stay, I was awaken from a dead sleep along with all the other guests to the Fire Alarm going off. After I left my room and went outside, it was obvious something was wrong. I walked to the Front Desk but the employee was not there and no where to be seen. I called 9-1-1 after waiting 15 minutes and seeing no employee and the fire department was not on scene. There is no way the Fire Department takes that long to show up. The negligence and disregard for the guests of the hotel by the staff was very disrespectful and outrageous. The staff did not even care when I brought this up the following day, at check out, or in the feedback form via medalia. This property has no Emergency Response Procedures or Protocols which is negligible in and of itself, unless the staff member was negligent during this event. Either way, this is very disgusting…

  They won't tell you over the phone but they don't take cash, or so I was told ;However their website says otherwise

  Hard to believe this is a Bestwestern. To begin with my room was dinky… I mean small! And it was run down.. the beds were absolutely horrible, some of the worst hotel beds I’ve slept on. I had an outward facing room the opened up into the parking area, so not sure if their interior type rooms are better, but this was not a good experience.also, there is a fence that borders another parking area and building, not sure what it is but there were many people hanging around and coming and going until after 1 a.m. making a bunch of noise, on a Monday…$140 for a room that you would have paid $75-$80 at some mom and pop run down motel, really?? My advice, look for another place to stay.

  This was honestly one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The carpet was old, and looked like it hadn’t been replaced or properly cleaned in years. The entire room felt outdated and poorly maintained. The furniture was ugly, worn out, and cheap-looking, The room wasn't dirty, the photos clearly show how tidy and clean it was, but for a Best Western, it felt more like a Super 8. and nothing about the room justified the price they charge. For a Best Western, this was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again, even for a single night, and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

  Nice, comfortable rooms. Really close to the airport. The staff was helpful. Our room didn't have an outside facing window. The window faced the courtyard.
