  I had to skim the pool for my granddaughter to swim in to clean the bugs in debris. I could not let her swim for no longer than 30 minutes due to too much chlorine and it was affecting her face. I did not get no sleep room 111 has a rakity air conditioning and a very distinctive smell.. Door handles were not easily accessible.. The lamp in the bathroom has corrosion and an empty box from soap throwed up there so I'm assuming the rooms weren't cleaned thoroughly.. The lady you have at the front desk does not show hospitality at all I felt was her rudeness... I would show pictures but it won't let me. I think 130$ was way too high price for this establishment... After reading all the lowest reviews I see that most of what they went through I did as well.. Sincerely, Stoney Parris

  Pool is not clean. Was here three days it looked the same. Also breakfast is very minimal and never changes

  PROS: very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Quiet hotel. Clean rooms. Beds comfortable although very high to get into and the soft mattress topper slid on bed, had a divett in the middle, wasn't comfortable. Cleaning staff was amazing - very accommodating to requests. CONS: Upon check-in, was told because had 3 people in my party instead of 2, would be charged an additional $5/night. Even though the reservation was for a 2 queen suite - so 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. That was very frustrating and have never had to pay extra for one person. Door handle to room is DIFFICULT to get door open - you have to push down, pull up, and sometimes repeat to get it to open. There was ONE TV (usually two in a suite) in the corner of the room by the window and was very difficult to turn it enough that the other bed and especially the couch area could see it well. The TV remote did not work most of the time - had to take the battery cover off and twist the batteries to get it to work but the TV guide button never worked. The TV also had a solid black line down the screen toward the right side. The hotel was non-smoking but second floor reeked of weed.

  It was a very appealing hotel from inside! Room was Great! Had a lot of trouble with the door handle to the room but overall clean and comfortable. Good location for food and shopping! Something I had an issue with was a "personal assessment" of a personal situation... After checking out, I received a an additional charge on my card. When I called to question it they told me that they had to discard the bed mattress because it was wet and had soaked into the mattress padding.. 🫣🤨 Now " read between the lines... the bed was used for what beds are used for right before we checked out... and I don't know about you but when I'm "rolling in the hay" IT Gets Messy" 🙃 I didn't really know what to say to them. I didn't really check to see how "wet" we left the bed , Im not saying I don't understand being charged for damage to something.. And if they felt like they needed to discard a used mattress... By all means, but I would have liked to have known they were going to charge me instead of calling to inform me they were going to run a separate charge after the room was checked out! Because it was a SHOCK! These are hotel rooms that I can assume "get used" pretty often...I wasn't happy about the surprise charge!!! BUT I will tell you that I ain't MAD about the fee... It was WORTH it 😜 ( but I'm in no way condoning damage to property)
