- JJ “SuperFlySleuth” -Apr 11, 20261.0We booked a double queen room and arrived at 9PM after traveling with 3 tired kids. Once checked in I walked into the room to find a single bed! I went back to the office and was told they had no other rooms, that an employee had changed our reservation and given our room to someone else. So we had to sleep in two separate rooms which brought a high amount of stress and aggravation to us. We were told that they would try to help but in the end they said since we booked through Expedia that all they could do is offer us a discount on another stay!! THE ROOMS SMELT LIKE CIGS, TV DIDNT WORK, POOL WAS FULL OF DEBRIS! When we went to check out a lady ahead of us was in there checking out for the same exact reason! So just beware before booking this place!
- AHA HarperApr 10, 20261.0Called to confirm booking, as it will be my dad’s last trip to the beach… and they said they couldn’t find my reservation even though I have a confirmation number. Then, I spoke to the manager who said she’d call me back SHE NEVER DID, and I call back and she’s gone for the day!! So now I have no idea if I have a room or not, a week away when I booked this hotel months ago!!! Horrible!! DO NOT BOOK HERE 0/10
