  The stay was very good I highly recommend you book her , there’s a in door pool water was a little to cold lol but it’s two pools one for the little ones there’s also a gym , then the breakfast lady is so amazing she wouldn’t even let me throw my trash away she did it, rooms clean and smell good every thing 10/10 I recommend look like the pictures!

  A bit on the pricey side but there wasn't to much to complain about, did not have time to partake in the free breakfast so really can't comment on that.

  Mama enjoyed the firmness of the bed. Breakfast had a lot of variety. I loved the waffle maker. Location okay, but it's a one way in, one way out. Now to the tea of it all. Them pillows were too soft. The tub felt a little uneven which caused water to fill, when taking a shower. There was an order in the hallway, but nothing overbearing. And why and I mean why was there a coffee pot in the bathroom 🫣? Then ya'll went ahead and included all the condiments to make the coffee. Thank you, but fix that. Overall I'll say 6.5 out 10.

  Every staff member was very friendly. We especially liked chatting with the continental breakfast attendant. She was amazing with our kids and we felt safe and at home.

  I stayed here 2 weeks ago for just a night on my way down to Florida. We were placed in a room on the first floor near the electrical room. All night long there would be a 15-second buzz sound every 2 minutes. There was a lot of highway traffic that you could hear, but this sound could be drowned out with noise makers. This electrical 15-second buzzing was incessant and didn't allow for a good night's rest. I would not have written a review however, but here we are. I prepaid for the hotel room when I booked. When I went to check my credit card I was also charged a second time the same amount the night I stayed. I called the hotel immediately to try to resolve the issue. The first time I was able to reach someone and they said they would call me right back. 2 days later I had still not received a call back. I called the hotel again and asked to speak to the manager who was not in so they told me when I could call back. I have now called the hotel eight times during the time frame that the manager was supposed to be in and the hotel has not picked up my call once. I actually called on different phones just to make sure there wasn't an issue. I've now opened up a dispute with my credit card. PLEASE CALL ME BACK AND RESOLVE THIS BILLING ISSUE! IT WASN'T EVEN A GOOD STAY I'M NOT PAYING FOR IT TWICE.
