  This place wanted to charge a $50 refundable fee once I arrived. No explanation. So I paid it. After waiting a week I never got my refund. Thats when they claimed we smoked in our room and was keeping the money. We never once smoked in the room bit our neighbor was. They kept my money because we had places our butts in a can outside where we smoked because they didnt have trash cans and we didnt want to litter. They claimed we smoked in the room because we left the can of butts for housekeeping. The manager refused to give me her name and the owners and blocked my number after complaining. This seems to be a norm for them to get an extra $50 from guest. I will be filing charges against them both, general manager and owner if not refunded back for theft by deception. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK OR THEY BETTER GET READY FOR COWETA CO TO SERVE THEM. Thats how mad I am about this. Management is terrible. Hung up multiple times on me and my girlfriend, blocked our numbers, and refused to give any info.

  We had many things wrong with our stay here. Let’s start off with the good. The staff were friendly and checkout was very easy! All the shampoo, conditioner, and soap was stocked. The shower had great water pressure as well. The rooms smelled nice and sheets were clean, no bugs. Now onto the bad. We stayed on the second floor. Our room didn’t lock. We tried our hardest to turn the lock, trying different door placements and we could NOT get the door to lock. We eventually just used to latch to keep the door closed and put a chair in front of the door. When I went to use the bathroom, I found that it had already been used prior to our arrival. And it was no mistake or water discoloration, as a wad of toilet paper accompanied the contents in the bowl. The problems don’t end there. There was a shocking lack of sockets. The only two available near the bed were the ones attached to the lamp. These were the loosest sockets I have seen in my life. One didn’t work, and while the other did, any slight movement would cause the plug to come out. However, the best part of our stay was there was a little cat that roamed the complex!! He was very cute and an absolute joy. He even came up to us and rolled at our feet. Wish i go a picture, but trust me he honestly made the stay worth it.

  No pool as advertised. Took 1 star off.. Someone Smoking right outside our room. Took 2nd star off. Cats roaming around. Service was great. Rooms were cleaner than expected. Only 2 towels for 3 people.

  I don’t understand the high ratings. The receptionist was helpful, but the first room we were in smelled TERRIBLY of mold and mildew. We got moved to a second room that was even worse. The third room we finally stayed in wasn’t as bad as the other two, but still smelled. None of the ice makers in the hotel worked. The breakfast was horrendous.
