  Dingy outdated hotel. The guy at the front desk was bothered by us checking in! He was on his cell phone and was more interested his phone then checking is in. We booked online and the guy did not verify we were the people who booked this room on line. No ID check, no car information, nothing he did not want to be bothered! We ate at the apple bees next door and the waitress had nothing but bad things to say about the hotel! We are going on a long trip in a week to the west coast and we will NOT be staying at Best Western but rather Holiday Inn express or the Hampton Inn!!

  My daughter and I stayed overnight at this Best Western and were impressed by a number of observations. When we arrived, the power along the entire road had just been restored, having gone out a number of times due to some construction happening nearby. The young lady at the front desk had to come up with an alternate way to check us in as her company system had not fully rebooted. She was very professional, friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience of not yet being able to give us key cards to our room. Never once did she complain about having to follow us up the stairs with the master key card to let us in to our room, and she continued with her professional and friendly demeanor throughout our stay. The room was immaculately clean and nicely but simply decorated, the beds were very comfortable, and getting a late check out was as easy as just asking the morning staff. I absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

  This hotel was honestly a great reprieve after the Best Western Plus in Savannah we stayed at in the days prior. The bed was very comfortable and the room felt very well taken care of. Breakfast was great (especially the potatoes). We also got a couple hours swimming in the pool while the other guests had gone about their day. The only cons we encountered were the bathroom fan (which was very loud and you couldn’t use the light without it) and there was a giant spider in the closet we saw crawling around just before we checked out. But overall, I definitely think this is a great place to stay.

  The room was clean and the workers at the front desk were very friendly. But the breakfast was poorly prepared. Managers need to understand that the very foundation of breakfast is the eggs, so if the eggs are dry and rubbery, then the breakfast is a failure and people go away dissatisfied. Sure hope something is done. Soon.

  The location right off highway that can have traffic. Close to highwsy so could be loud car noise . We got the room and smelled terrible so we asked Front desk to change and he was very nice change it for us. The bed are comfortable. The breakfast ok. Overall OK for the price.
