  They worked with State Farm insurance. Came out on time as scheduled. Performed the windshield replacement and calibration. All safety features work the same. no issues. Cleaned up the area after work performed. Easy to schedule and windshield serms same quality as original and no imperfections in glass

  I had to book my appointment four times before getting my glass replaced since June 2026. I physically went to the shop to request replacement. The tech came out to my job but ordered the wrong glass. Clarafication wasn't made by the caretech in the store but she was new. So they setup a new appointment fir me in Lithia Springs GA for the coming Saturday June 19th. I received a text but no technician arrived. Call a month later to rescheduled again no technician arrived or called. Called again to reschedule and the CSR was rude and she could not tell me why the tech did not show up because she was in the central office. I requested the actual location number for the Lithia location and I called the gentleman stated that the orders were never assigned to a technician in the store. That was weird. He assured me they would arrive with the correct glass this time. I received a text and email immediately confirming the appt and the technician arrived and installed my new. Windshield within an hour. He was hot and bothered, understandably so in the intense heat. He was nice to me though. It would be nice if they were allowed to use the big umbrellas like they do with the guys working on the electrical or cable in the sun for hours.

  I’ve been to this location twice and both times I have had a very pleasant experience. Two different technicians and the same experience says something to me and I will definitely share my experience with others. My car was done when they said it would be done. The windshield I had to get replaced looks excellent and it is working fine. Kevin, the most recent technician informed me of the next steps and the warranty etc.

  I received horrible service from Safelite on 8/15/2026. Unfortunately, the service was not completed properly, and I have experienced significant vehicle issues immediately following the repair.After the technician completed the windshield installation, he attempted to recalibrate the vehicle's safety systems but was unable to do so because the vehicle would not start. Prior to the windshield replacement, my vehicle was operating normally, and I had never experienced any starting or battery-related issues. Your technician informed me that he needed to leave to complete another work order and advised me to contact him once I was able to get the vehicle started so that he could return and complete the recalibration. As a result, I had to contact roadside assistance. The roadside technician was only able to start the vehicle by providing a jump-start. The technician later returned, and he had completed the recalibration. However, immediately afterward, my vehicle once again would not start. I had to call roadside assistance again to jump-start the car. After, I left my house, I was stranded on the side of the road again and had to call the roadside assistance out again. Since the repair, I have experienced the following issues: -Battery Saver Mode activated, disabling remote vehicle features. -Lane Assist, Forward Collision, and Rain Sensor warnings illuminated. -The vehicle's computer registered a critical fault and prevented the engine from starting. -Check Engine Light illuminated. -Possible disconnected or damaged sensor/camera wiring causing system malfunctions. The vehicle became inoperable, leaving me stranded on the side of the highway. These issues occurred directly after the windshield replacement and recalibration process because of the work performed. I am extremely concerned about both the safety and reliability of my vehicle, as well as the quality of the repair provided. I am currently waiting on a district manager to call me. Very bad customer service.

  I wouldn't let these clowns touch my worst enemies vehicle. Technician rescheduled, 2 days later shows up with his butt crack hanging out, after install it leaked water. I've used them personally, 2 times and messed up by referring family and friends and was not surprised. They also had multiple issues with the scheduling and workmanship.... I will NEVER use this company EVER again... I have found thay using mom and pop shops sre the way to go. It's clear they don't care about the technicians and if you do choose to use these under payed and over worked employees, expect a water leak or expect to waste your day sitting around only to be rescheduled by a rude technician... The manager clearly doesn't give a flip about making things right and trying to make things right.. Also, DONT LET THEM UPSELL YOU ANYTHING... $70 SOMETHING FOR WIPER BLADES 😭😭😭. Look at reviews and research who is working on your vehicle!!!
