  The rooms are spacious and the location was great for what I came for. The gentleman that was working the front desk was very nice and helpful. The first room I had the ac was not working. I had sat in the room for an hour and it was still hot. I got moved to another room and the air was cooling off the room and then about 2 in the morning that ac started making noise and stopped cooling off the room also. The tub had a spot that looked like someone tried to patch with caulk. The pictures show that it has a pool but the pool has been covered and made into a patio. The breakfast was limited to waffles, cereal and muffins. Nothing hot was prepared. Breakfast ends at 8:30

  I recently stayed at the Best Western hotel in Hiram Georgia and had an outstanding experience from start to finish the staff is friendly and welcoming check in was. quick and easy. Staff going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. my room was spotless well maintained and comfortable I also was impressed with the recent remodeling the update give the hotel a fresh and modern feel and improves the experience I highly recommend to anyone visiting Hiram Georgia to try out this five-star hotel.   Keep up the renovations, The place looks great. Thank you to the front desk guy helping get internet on my tv, love the new upgrades!!

  I always stay at this hotel when I travel for work. I love it because it’s very clean and the staff is very friendly. It has a great location, and the common areas are very well maintained. I’ll be back!

  Go to the sleep inn right down the street. The beds are much better and they have TVs that you can actually watch. The TVs here do not connect to WiFi and they only have 17 non quality channels. If you’re looking for a quality stay go elsewhere. Staff useless. Update: BEWARE OF BED BUGS LITERALLY I posted this hours ago about the outdated rooms, beds, and staff. This is about my night. I started to itch, I had three welps first on my elbow, then my ear and neck. I got up to inspect the beds and sure enough bed bugs. Photo included. Checked out around 11:30.
