  This Hotel, & EVERY PERSON we came in contact with, at this location, was BETTER THAN GREAT ! The front desk persons, the maids & the "Ladies of the Breakfast area" ! In our planned travel to South Atlanta/Fairburn, we infortunately, STILL FOUND OURSELVES CAUGHT- UP IN C-R-E-E-P-I-N-G (20-25 mph, stop & go) "Atlanta Traffic" (at what we thought would have been a better "time-frame" to avoid such a mess) !.... So, as we surmised that we were going to arrive later than expected, we called ahead to BestWesternPlus Fairburn & were assured our reservation would hold our room, without problem.....when we finally arrived, & I approached the very friendly, smiling lady at the desk, she said she recognized my voice from when had I called previously.....Nice ! From that point on, our stay & our trip was OUTSTANDING ! The next morning, as we entered the breakfast area, Miss Dee, the "HOSTESS with the MOSTEST", very cheerfully greeted us!...her infectious, friendly, joyful attitude & demeanor to us & every other guest she came in contact with, was as bright & warming as the morning sunshine, coming thru the windows in the dining area. I am handicapped & use a cane (because I am too stubborn to give up on what mobility I still have). Miss Dee noticed I was struggling to carry my plate & quickly stepped in to assist me. As I sat down at the table, she offered to get me anything I might need or want & she did so by bringing me a couple of things I had missed/forgotten (like my eating utensils)...... WOW ! Miss Dee spoke to me & all the other guests, offering assistance & a very welcoming, friendly atmosphere, as she attended the breakfast food area & when she was cleaning & tidying in the dining area. More than once, she made it a point to check on me, & then came to take away my empty plate, utensils, etc. To : Miss Dee, WOW & WOW ! AGAIN ! The next morning, I was very pleased to exit the elevator to see Miss Dee again ! I quickly spoke a "good morning Miss Dee" to her, before she could speak to me, as I was someone very glad to see her again! She offered her warm, return greeting to me & to all who entered her area again that morning! The same wonderful service was received....(Oops! I almost forgot to mention the food was delicious & of many good choices)....the next morning was to be our last during this trip & as I exited the elevator, I saw that Miss Dee was not there.....it didn't matter.....we still got the wonderful, friendly,"HOSTESS with the MOSTEST" greetings & treatment from Miss Aquila.....(& the food was AGAIN, SCRUMP-DEL-EE-ISHUS ! ) BOTH Miss Dee & Miss Aquila were wonderful!....They BOTH need to be recognized, commended & REWARDED for what they BOTH bring to making the guests' stays @BestWesternPlus Fairburn...& THE ENTIRE STAFF NEEDS TO BE GATHERED & TOLD THAT THEIR OUTSTANDING GUEST SERVICE SKILLS ARE TOP-NOTCH ! ! ! Note: the only problem was that the toilet "rocked"/moved/ "clunked" when you sat on it & again when you stood up.....looked like someone tried to hastily secure the back of the toilet in place (on the floor) with gobs of caulking.....("bandaid-on-a-broken-arm" repair syndrome).....a bit of water leaked out each time the toilet was flushed, so we put a towel behind the toilet on the floor & flushed as little as possible....the toilet needs to be removed & pipe/fittings/gasket checked for possible crack(s) around the down pipe, top ring/floor fitting, & a new, replacement gasket/wax ring......we were in the upstairs room, in the front of the building, over the front desk/office area (just off the elevator, next to the room where the ice machine is located).

  Stayed one night and it was pretty cheap but the breakfast was good and it was clean

  I had the best stay at the Best Western Plus in Fairburn. The front desk Eric was amazing! His customer service skills were awesome. The check in process was smooth and he was very friendly. I enjoyed the room and the amenities thank you.

  To start Breakfast is 6-9 it was fine, seems to change by the day with a few different food options . Everything was clean hot and well presented. Unfortunately though the rooms were really horrible. doors obviously unlock through key access cards however we happened to double check our door before leaving and was open to push it right open. If you don’t literally slam it closed it will be unlocked. Front desk told us they were out of tissue went back again and they told us they were out of towels. The bathroom was dirty shower and all. Pretty sure there is mold all over the bathroom. sink drain was broken your sink will fill up if you have the water on too long. There were random drain fly’s on the walls and in bathroom which was a bit concerning. Also not to mention there was literally plugs nowhere only two available that actually worked tbh. Developed a cough first night we were staying there and felt really sick. Honestly would not recommend this hotel.
