  This hotel is an absolute steal! The location is great, it's incredibly budget-friendly, and the breakfast is hands-down the best—it honestly beats out major chains like Hampton and Marriott.

  The staff was friendly and nice but unfortunately that is about all we liked about our stay. The second floor itself felt wet. It was hot a humid in the hallway and it made the rooms feel that way too. We could make it cooler, obviously, with the ac in our room but the wet humid feeling never went away. The AC made this noise that sounded like a small critter was running around in it. The toilet clogged everytime you put ANYTHING in it. The toilet seat is so loose you might slide off of it, so be careful! The room seemed clean but because of the humidity it didn't feel clean. The beds are not comfortable, overused full spring mattress that wrre extremely shakey, any slight move from your partner and you are gonna feel it. And the pillows were flat and hard. It is definitely one of those you get what you pay for, but I did expect a little bit better. Needs some seriously upgrades and renovations.

  We travel from Massachusetts to Atlanta to go visit my grandkids and daughter and son and two dogs and we had a great time staying here and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are nice and friendly and polite. Best choice hotel in the area.

  I always have a wonderful time staying here. Mr. Rami & the other managers are amazing & go above and beyond to take care of my needs. The hotel is well kept, the service is excellent, the rooms are cleab & comfortable, and the breakfast is spot on. This is definitely be my go-to place to stay.

  We are truly grateful to God for leading us to such a wonderful stay at Best Western Gwinnett Center Hotel this weekend. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with genuine kindness, warmth, and professionalism. The front desk staff consistently went above and beyond with servant hearts and such welcoming attitudes every single time we interacted with them. In a world where true hospitality can sometimes feel rare, their kindness truly stood out and was such a blessing to our family. The hotel was exceptionally clean, organized, peaceful, and well maintained. You could feel the care and pride that the staff puts into their work, and it created such a calm and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast exceeded every expectation. From fresh eggs and bacon to French toast, cereal, muffins, toast, bagels, and more, everything was clean, fresh, well stocked, and thoughtfully maintained. The breakfast attendant especially radiated joy and attentiveness. Even while staying busy making sure everything remained replenished, she carried such a warm smile and uplifting spirit that genuinely brightened the mornings. Overall, this stay was a beautiful reminder that kindness, excellence, and hospitality still exist and can truly reflect the love of God through everyday service to others. We are incredibly thankful for the entire staff and the care they showed throughout our visit. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and genuinely caring environment.
