  Hotel is good for one night. Unfortunately they need to address bathroom appearance issues and carpet odor issues. Staff is friendly. Front dest attendant very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean, linen fresh, not enough towels. However had to request toilet paper and kleenex as there was very little if any. Plenty of places for pets to walk and take care of business and was a quiet location. A little expensive for the value considering many other nicer hotels that charge less. Room cost $210.77. A little pricey for that location and services provided.

  It is 90 degrees in the summer, please set the room thermostat to at least 76 degree and leave on auto. No one should have to walk into a room in the summer and the thermostat reads 86 degrees because the air was off. We had to go and sit in the truck to let it cool down before we could get comfortable.

  I literally had to sit here a minute to think about all of the things and why I will not rate this hotel well. I am a very positive person and try very hard to look at the best in everything. Was it a place to stay ? YES. Was it a good stay? NOT REALLY. Our house had some damage to it and so , because it was late in the day we were directed to stay in this hotel the first night. Grateful to have a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in, but... Rooms, hard as a rock beds and need replacing. So if you have arthritis,or anything like that it's not comfortable. Service, friendly I guess, but quiet. It's not a place where they go out of their way to make sure your visit is pleasant. Location, the good thing is it's near the interstate. The bad thing is it's loud from all the road noise. I hardly slept at all due to the hard beds and road noise. Breakfast, YUCK! Run of the mill...and I saw no one come it to keep it hot and fresh. Complimentary Continental, but NOT, deluxe. This whole place needs updating. A better choice on the same road would be The Hampton Inn by Hilton. Better rates, up on a hill and so it's quiet. They are remodeling and there are new mattresses. They do go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant and the people there are very friendly. That's where we chose to stay after one night in this Best Western. If you need something over night maybe, but if your stay is longer, I don't recommend this Best Western at all. Very disappointing. Need to do better.

  We were traveling back home to SC from Alabama, we were exhausted and needed to pull over. We know nothing about the town or hotels so we were a bit nervous. We don’t typically get hotels on a whim, but we walked in the reception to see about a room and Pavan was AMAZING! He welcomed us right away, talked and joked with us and even gave us some recommendations for food. I joked with him that if the room was clean I would give him a raving review! He said I have no doubt that it’s clean but If you need anything or it’s not up to standards, please let me know! We came in and were immediately impressed! We had just stayed at a more expensive hotel and let’s just say the experience here was way better! If we are ever in the area again, I would definitely stay again! Thank you Pavan for making us feel welcomed and like we could relax!

  Just stayed here for a night on our way down to Florida and though it was short, it was a highly enjoyable time! The manager was so kind and was a great person to see after a long day of driving. He constantly asked to make sure we had everything we needed, offered us water or to make us more food in the morning at breakfast (traveling with 13 people, so it was much appreciated), and had such a bright personality! The rooms were clean and comfortable, especially for the price!! It was also so close to the highway, very convenient for people traveling. Despite that, we didn’t hear commotion from the highway in our rooms at night!
