  1 star is a star too many. Terrible service. Was charged twice and then when despite day the counter, the guy was rude and told me he’d refund one charge and I could find somewhere else to stay last minute… not to mention when we checked into our room Amit’s all the frustration the air conditioning was turned off in the room and was as stuffy as an attic. We’ve been on the road for almost 4 hours with our 3 kids, one of which is a 2 year old and to have not only paid pence but twice for this crap is insulting. Then when disputing the second charge my intelligence was even more insulted when I showed proof of transactions and confirmations. Absolutely do not stay here!!!

  Rooms were average. Obviously a much older hotel, and a cheaper one at that. It was a nice quiet area. Room/amenities were clean. Fridge kept our stuff cool. Tv actually had streaming apps available. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. No complaints about the front desk staff either. You just have to ignore the people that put one star because of the rooms being old... cleanliness is a whole other topic. I also don't understand the person who gave the hotel one star because the room doors opened up to the outside... You know that before even checking in. You get what you pay for, pretty much. Only concern is the shower curtain. It had mold on it for sure and I'll picture it in this review. Other than that, the rest of the room was clean. No issue with bedbugs personally, and I mention that because I saw a review saying that was an issue.

  We needed a hotel for an overnight during our drive on I75. They offered a good price and were accommodating when we arrived at 9:30 pm. The beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The breakfast was good as well. They served scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, instant oatmeal, cereal, bagels, yogurt, and had 2 waffle machines. They also had fruit toppings for the waffles which I enjoyed! There was a large indoor pool and hot tub as well as a fitness room. These two areas are why I couldn't give a 5 star review. The hot tub was the same temperature as the pool. The fitness room had a bike, 2 treadmills, and an elliptical. There weren't any weights or mats. The two treadmills made horrible sounds and seemed like they hadn't been used in years. We chose the hotel for comfy beds and great breakfast and they delivered on both. All staff members were kind and helpful. The rooms do have an outdoor entry, which I don't prefer, but there wasn't any notable road noise.

  PET FRIENDLY!!! We were traveling and stopped for the night and needed somewhere to stay that was pet friendly. The guy at the desk was SUPER nice !! Pet friendly room plus was able to accommodate us on the first floor so we could just back the car right up to our door. The room was older and could use updating but it was still clean and kept us comfortable for the nigh. Also did I mention it was priced at a great rate ! Not a 5 star luxury hotel but definitely deserves 5 stars for accommodating us last minute with our dog and being so kind about it as well ! Definitely would stay here again if we are passing through. Also free breakfast and late checkout of 12pm !

  Cleaning staff was knocking on our door at 10:00 a.m. I didn't answer the door and when I came out a few minutes later to walk my dog they were asking me in as best as they could in their language if I was checking out and what room was I in. Difficult to communicate but I think they understood however I felt pressure to get out of the room from then on. I'm the only one that is unpacking and loading my vehicle since my husband has been handicapped and I did not appreciate the invasion at 10:00 a.m. let alone the pressure of when I'm going to leave. I was going to say something at the front desk about the fact that I was charged $ 97.00 and no working pool or hot tub. There was a sign about the hot tub when I checked in so I understood that that was a problem and we wouldn't be using it and we were very greatly needed it. But I also expected that the pool since I could see the beautiful water that it would be usable and it was not they explained had to wait for 3 days due to repainting and chemicals. The beds were comfortable the room was very nice and roomy handicap and rooms were still a distance away from the breakfast and the ice was a long ways away also I feel sorry for people that are handicapped and have to deal with these issues since now we're dealing with him and understand what they go through. I think that a handicap sticker parking in handicap parking should be enough that says please understand we don't move at the speed of other people or at the speed that you want us to while exiting your hotel. Also there were people walking around that were kind of scary because you couldn't tell if they had a room or not and they were just walking around and walking around and then later there were kids teenagers and maybe possibly in their late teens running around and being wild and noise above our room. I was not comfortable to take my dog out to go potty and did not feel secure with the environment. And also the room smelled like cat pee.
