Getting an appointment was a super easy process online! Once the appointment was booked they made sure you were fully prepared for every aspect of the appointment through email and phone. Evan was my tech and he was super friendly and helpful. He talked me through everything and was super efficient. It took about an hour or less and he even removed a sticker for my dashcam that I was sure I’d have to toss and rebuy and placed it in the same spot for me on the new glass. Not that I’d like my windshield to get cracked again… but if I needed it I’d definitely recommend Evan and safelite.

Good customer service but the windshield looks almost identical to starting - false advertising company although they do tell you they can’t guarantee a fix. But the bigger problem is…
Called to let them know I was running five minutes late, couldnt get to the actual store just a corporate AI bot/series of prompts then hangs up on you.
Filled out the survey after, the AI read it as negative and asked me if I wanted a customer support person to connect with me. Then it gives me an 800 number to call instead of taking initiative. Then, the very next page asks if I wanted to fill out a google review, so I’m doing that now because of how impersonal this whole process was. Technology is the reason I wouldn’t use them again.

My son, who is in the military, has a broken windshield and this sorry excuse for a company keeps putting off fixing it. They went a head and charged my credit card but can’t seem to find the time to actually replace the windshield. He called and explained he has to be back on base in 5 days and this needs to get done so he can drive back and they acted like they don’t care. They should be ashamed of treating a military person like the way they are!!!
Did a really fast service on my car eith the windshield and recalibration. I believe the techs name was Malcolm. He was awesome. Had a smile on his face every time i came out, shook my hand before and after the service. Explained everything he did. Also what I needed to do for awhile after the install. Windshield is clean with no finger prints. I would recommend for sure. And if any customers are looking at reviews ask for Malcolm if they allow that!

I am disappointed with the handling of my windshield replacement service.
The work was not completed as expected. During the repair appointment, the technician informed me that the windshield that had been installed was not the correct one and would need to be replaced again because a component behind the rearview mirror was not fitting properly. He advised that the correct windshield would be available within approximately 10 days and that I would receive a follow-up call to schedule the replacement.
However, after the appointment, I received emails stating that the job had been completed and the case had been closed. This directly contradicts what I was told by the technician on-site.
My primary concern is that I was given the expectation that the issue would be addressed with a replacement part, yet the case appears to have been closed without any follow-up or action. This has left me uncertain about the status of the repair and whether the replacement will actually be scheduled.
I would appreciate clarification on the current status of my case and confirmation of the next steps required to complete the windshield replacement properly. I am also disappointed by the apparent false commitment regarding the replacement and would like this matter reviewed.
