  My safelite Experience was amazing. The technician called before arriving and cleaned up all the broken glass and repaired the window.

  The 5 stars are for Christian. He did a great job. Very friendly and efficient. I do not give 5 stars to the deceptive pricing or the difficulty in reaching a human being for customer service.

  Made an appointment online to have a technician come to my house and replaced my cracked windshield. I was able to schedule, and pay online. The technician arrived within the time window and called to give an ETA about 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Technician was professional and did a wonderful job. Would recommend to anyone who needs a new windshield.

  DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! My daughter had a small crack in her windshield and after 2 months I finally got around to hiring Safelite to come out and fix it. After they supposedly "fixed" it, the very next morning there was an additional crack right next to the original "repair". Take it in for warranty coverage and of course they won't cover it. Said they can't guarantee there won't be additional cracks. Blamed the extreme heat and the pressure that is used to fix the crack. Told them the car had been in the extreme heat for 2 months and there was no additional crack until after they worked on it. Asked the manager for an example of something that would be covered under the repair warranty, and he couldn't give me one! Now I need a new windshield due to the negligence of the technician that supposedly "repaired" it. STAY AWAY! Use any other company but Safelite! Warranty is a joke!
