  I’ve stayed at this Best Western location numerous times despite ongoing concerns with maintenance and sanitation. However, after my visit on August 12th-13th 2026, I no longer recommend this hotel. I checked out only 30 minutes after the posted checkout time because the hot water in room 519 was not working properly, which made it take longer to shower and get ready. I informed both the housekeeping supervisor and the front desk about the issue, and both appeared to be concerned at the time. Despite that, the hotel still charged my $25 deposit as a late checkout fee. I was not informed in advance that I would be charged, and I did not authorize my refundable deposit to be used that way. I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

  Very comfortable room, clean and well stocked. The front desk was also amazing. We will be staying there again soon

  Rooms are decently clean for $100 a night. The pool is always closed due to "Cleaning" The entire place smells like Marajuana. Random construction workers stand outside their vehicles smoking all night long. Some staff is ok. Some are rude. It's the flip of a coin on what you get. And then once you ask to rebook a room they decide to kick you out the next day while your at the hospital to attend your wife's surgery. So if you want an almost clean room that you have lots of access to Marajuana with the possibility of getting your room given away.... this is the spot!!! for you! In response to the locations response. We checked in at 9pm Wednesday the night before my wife's surgery. I told the clerk I wanted to add Thursday as well. He said no worries just call back in the AM to verify. I called Thursday morning at 8:45am to confirm and was told my room was no longer available and NO rooms were available. I expressed to the person on the phone that I requested the room the previous night and they told me to call and she said they mis-informed me and to come collect my belongings by noon. She made ZERO attempt to correct the issue or offer a solution. I picked up my belongings, returned to the hospital and slept in a chair beside my wife who had been in surgery for over 7 hours. It all worked out with zero help or concern from this establishment.

  I had an unorthodox request, and Alexandria did everything she could to fulfill it. I do sense that she may have literally saved my life! Thank you!

  Very friendly staff room is spotless clean big room very happy price with AAA $98 tax included best deal I have gotten in few years Big fridge microwave iron and ironing board
