  Taylor and Monique were fantastic! They helped me find something that worked with my difficult skin chemistry (that frequently twists otherwise pleasant scents sour) and was within my budget. You won't regret their advice and I'll be looking for them the next time I'm in for my next new favorite scent!

  Awful company to work with. Selected overnight shipping and for some reason it didn’t go through that way. Then they wouldn’t change it for me. I was willing to pay. Never going to buy anything from them again.

  My first time at byredo and the customer service was phenomenal! Sydney assisted me and explained the brand history and notes behind each scent, she was absolutely lovely!
