  Great location and price. There is a tower and a motel section. We stayed on the motel side. It was totally fine. Beds were comfortable. Amazing location.

  Everything was broken, the chair was broken. The tub didn’t drain, the handle spun around and wouldn’t stay on so you had to hold it for hot water. The breakfast looked like something I wouldn’t feed to a dog. I’m so done with this.

  We stayed here for our daughter's UGA move-in, and it was a great stay. The location is also convenient to downtown Athens. They are building a Publix shopping center across the street, will add tons of convenience and restaraunts once complete. Excited to stay here over the next 4 years!

  Upon entering room, first i noticed that it looked fairly clean, and was nice and cold. Next was the smell of stale cigarette smoke. I febreezed the entire room several times (come on febreeze, you need to do better!), however that smell would not go away. I checked for bedbugs, and there were none, so thats a plus!! Bed was pretty comfortable, but do yourself a favor and don't take a closer look at the pillows or behind the nightstand 😬. A little black mold in the shower, probably just permanently attached to the caulk, no biggy for me. They did have chick-fil-a biscuits for breakfast, otherwise breakfast was nil to none. The server there was nice and front desk staff were as well. It is very close to UGA and was reasonably priced for move-in weekend. I guess i have gotten spoiled staying in nicer places, so i would have to be pretty desperate to stay here again. If you're a smoker or dont mind that smell then this is the place for you!!
