  Just because it’s a 3/5 doesn’t mean it’s bad. It’s pretty standard. Definitely better than other hotels I’ve been in. My problems are as follows: - People were a bit noisy outside. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it does show how thin the walls are. - It smelled strong of disinfectant. This shows that they clean but it was quite overwhelming - the refrigerator was very loud! A ringing noise. - The area isn’t awful but it is something to think about. Of course, the hotel can’t control this but it is near the sorority and fraternity houses. What I liked: - Very friendly - pretty cleaned - ease of access

  Had a comfy bed. Rooms are slightly outdated but comfortable. Had a great breakfast but sure if it is an everyday thing but they had chick-fil-a biscuits

  I have been staying here for the past 2 years, the previous review about Broc, the front office manager, is laughable. Broc is one of the nicest, most accommodating front desk employees I have dealt with in my 30 years of traveling the southeast in contract work

  We had stayed in the newer tower section for our stay. I was a little hesitant booking at this hotel due to some of the reviews, but the staff were extremely friendly at the front counter and made the checking in and out as easy as possible. The rooms were average for this price range but were very clean which was our main concern. In my opinion, even though we only experienced the tower section, I would say it deserves a better star category rating. We definitely recommend to others, and I would definitely book here again in the future.
