Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance and CleanlinessI cannot recommend this hotel due to several major issues during my stay. Poor Climate Control: My room was uncomfortably hot. The individual AC unit was set to 64°F, but it failed to cool the room, making it very difficult to sleep. Cleanliness Issues: The room hygiene was unacceptable. Some of my colleagues even reported finding dirty sheets in their rooms. Plumbing Problems: Both the shower and the sink drained incredibly slowly. Elevator Delays: Out of the two elevators, only one goes to every floor. This caused long, frustrating wait times. Overall, the lack of basic maintenance and cleanliness made for a very uncomfortable experience. Look elsewhere.

Room 107 was fine, we stayed in the old part. Doors in the bathroom wouldn't close, lights by the beds didn't work, but we were okay with that. Couldn't get the TV to connect to the internet so we could stream from our phones, but there were plenty of channels, and we were there for the game. Couldn't figure out the microwave, but the fridge was great! Hair dryer was broken and repaired several times and we had an ant invasion all weekend, but only the bathroom counter & sink as they wanted water (like all of us that weekend) so I told the desk, but didn't make a fuss of it. I'd stay again for a game weekend (the beds were amazing) but I'd get clear info about the TV and microwave setups if you want to cast or reheat
