  This stay was not what I expect from a Best Western—it felt more like a budget motel using the brand name. While the room was fairly clean, there were multiple issues. The room phone didn’t work, and the TV was barely secured, hanging on what looked like a single screw. The bathroom electrical kept shutting off every night; we were told to just press the reset button, which we had to do multiple times. There was drywall residue throughout the bathroom and paint left on the wood, making it feel rushed and unfinished. The smoke alarm wasn’t even installed—it was sitting on the table. When I reported these issues, I was simply told, “don’t worry, it’s okay,” which was dismissive and unhelpful. We also had to wait until after 10 a.m. for clean towels since housekeeping and supplies weren’t unavailable earlier. There were no extra blankets or accommodations, and the beds were smaller than standard full—more like twins. We chose not to eat breakfast during our two-night stay. The only positive was the friendly front desk staff. Overall, I would not stay here again.

  We travel constantly and took a chance with a Best Western, and Im so sad we did! The room smelled of urine, it looked like it was straight out of the 80's, there was absolutely no water in the pool for us to take a dip and relax, and on top of everything the staff seriously got in my husband's face and argued that he was not allowed to take me a breakfast plate back to the room since I was still in my pajamas... even though breakfast was included with our stay and our room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and table, they made him throw the plate away instead of being able to bring it to the room. Then we go to take a shower, and there's no hot water... it was 12 in the afternoon.... 🤦🏽‍♀️NEVER again! Don't waste your money!!!

  Receptionist very nice and helpful. This Best Western is in need of remodel. Our room sink slow draining, bathroom ceiling had mold and body wash container empty. Breakfast not much. I've seen better.

  I had a wonderful stay this past week! The hotel was very quaint, clean, and welcoming. My room smelled fresh and was spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the fresh waffle breakfast station, it felt so nostalgic and really made my mornings special. PJ at the front desk was always so pleasant and kind, and he consistently made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Excellent customer service goes a long way, and he truly made a great impression. Great price point, great atmosphere, and a very enjoyable experience overall. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

  Well everyone me and my parents stayed here this recently past Saturday Night while visiting family in Paulding County, and the free contennial breakfast was really good this recently past Sunday morning the only concern we had in room 170 was the ac unit worked except the rattling noise in the unit was caused by something trapped in it, however the people that worked here denied it and say it was a tree stuck in there oh well we will leave it at that because they didn’t want to fix the issue but would I stay here again if up in this area absolutely yes! 👍🏻
