  I can’t say enough how great the staff was, I believe her name was Dianna, she went above and beyond to help me and my family with no hesitation! The rooms were clean and comfortable and she definitely deserves a raise!

  This is a disgusting NO STAR hotel. Its filthy. The front desk clerk who worked on the evening of April 17, 2026 is ignorant, rude and classless. She should be mopping floors in a biker bar, not checking in the shady undesirables that this hotel attracts. We booked this hotel while on the road and had NO IDEA it was this scummy and in such an unsafe area. We never even checked in after witnessing the operation first hand in the lobby. They would not refund the charge so American Express Centurion graciously charged it back to the hotel. Stay elsewhere but DO NOT stay at this hotel.... UPDATE: Dispute all you want. I clearly stated in my review that I never even checked in after what I witnessed in your lobby. And your so called "team" consisted of 1 (one) VERY rude unprofessional lady at the front desk. Good luck, you'll need lots of it.....

  I stayed here because everything else I saw was booked for the night . The room was so hot and would not let me adjust the temperature. Everytime I tried to adjust it , it automatically went back to 79 degrees. I was miserable! On top of that , I was getting bit all throughout the night. I have several bite marks on me now and I’m almost positive that they are either bed bugs or fleas. The room was $200 a night . I do not recommend. The only bright side was the size of the room . It was spacious.
