  Booked the wrong Best Western location. Desk person, Shackera (professional, helpful, she's a keeper), was very helpful getting this reservation cancelled and releasing hold on the charge while I got a reservation at the other Best Western in town (the bayfront location, lol). I have never been disappointed by Best Western. Take that from a Diamond Member, lol

  Good value, great location, clean room. Front desk staff was super nice at check in , check out, and even provided water bottles late night when I asked. Very happy with this place, would definitely stay again.

  Virginia made our trip!! Her and Lloyd deserve so much love!! She was very sweet, helpful, even road downtown with My GF and Lloyd to give us a little history tour for free while they dropped us off!! We normally stay at Bayfront but it was $300+ more and No Hot Tub!!! I am a Best Western Member and St. Augustine is our favorite place and where we plan on getting married!! Thank you so much!!
