  The front desk hostess from the carribean was amazing. She suggested several different restaurants & attractions that turned out to be amazing.

  The location of the hotel is the only reason we booked this hotel. But the Best Western brand was disappointing overall, no frills. Also, very noisy location right on the road with loud cars.

  Location: PERFECT! Close to everything! You are able to park your car and walk everywhere! Room: We had a two-queen bedroom. For a one-night stay, it was perfect. Only one night stand between the beds - needed one extra nightstand. VERY clean and updated! Fridge, micro, tv, ac/a - all worked perfectly. Beds were super comfy. Pillows? Not so much. Either flat as a pancake or super firm. Parking - HORRIBLE! The parking lot is SO small. We had 3 adults and 2 vehicles and were not aware we could only park one vehicle on site. Our other vehicle had to park off site in a parking garage and our third person had to walk back to hotel (it was lightly raining) so....inconvenient to say the least. The front desk agent had to walk the parking lot to direct us on a parking spot. There was an employee pulling a handicapped sign off a pillar and moving his car from the "handicapped" spot. The front desk agent told us to park there. Crazy for sure. They had cars stacked one behind the other, blocking other cars in. A hot mess for sure. We pulled up before 10pm and the reception area was locked. The front desk agent had to go tend to a room/guest and I assume couldn't leave the front desk unmanned/unlocked. I stood there for a min or two until she came back. I booked through Hotels.com and the front desk agent stated my card didn't go through and if I didn't show up by 10pm, they were going to cancel my reservation! I told her I booked through Hotels.com and was 99.9% certain I entered my address and phone number. I asked about the credit card I used and when she confirmed, I was confused as the card had over $3000 on it. She stated my info didn't transfer over from Hotels.com so they had no way of getting a hold of me to get another form of payment. YIKES! Not placing blame but be careful when booking through 3rd party sites. I haven't used one in a hot minute but will most likely book via the hotel site itself as opposed to a 3rd party. Overall, we would stay again only due to the location and cleanliness. We did not use the amenities (pool) but it looked very clean and well maintained. We are from Jacksonville and stayed one night as we did a sunset cruise and bar hopped for my birthday.

  The advertised price differed significantly from the final amount charged. The room was advertised at $138 per night, but I was charged approximately $580 for two nights. I felt like I booked a budget hotel but ended up paying upscale hotel pricing. Additional parking fees should be clearly disclosed during booking, as this was not communicated beforehand. The parking lot was overcrowded and did not have enough available spaces for guests. The shower and sink water pressure were very weak and need improvement. Conversations outside the room could be heard clearly from inside due to poor soundproofing. At approximately 3:00 AM, I was awakened by guests in the neighboring room sitting outside and talking loudly. I had to turn on the television to drown out the conversation. The “Free Breakfast” offering should be more clearly described. The breakfast consisted of a small bag containing one muffin, one bottle of water, and one apple.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Best Western due to the behavior of the concierge, Venuta. During my stay, she was consistently rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. My requests were handled with visible annoyance and a clear lack of customer care. When staying at a hotel, I expect a basic level of courtesy and assistance, which was unfortunately missing in this case. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the quality of service for future guests. I will never comeback
