  This place was in a great location, looked beautiful on the outside, but the rooms were terrible. Dirty and smelly, we were booked for 5 nights, but after the first few hours of being in the room we decided to move to the Holiday Inn, which was wonderful! Best Western, do better, take pride in your property and don't squeeze all the money out of it.

  Bedding not changed. Had pubic hairs in the sheets. Mold on ceiling painted over. Mold all over furniture. Disgusting. Do not stay here!! Offered 10 percent off for first night.

  We have stayed here a few times and always had a clean room. Service was great and our only complaint was the beds were a little harder than our liking. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

  I booked the stay with expedia.com on May 4th for for the 26th of June for two nights and saw something at a better price and canceled within half an hour. They’re cancellation policies not clearly listed on the site. They took my $306 and ran with it. A booking was for June 26 I will never do business with these people again and I suggest buyer beware these people are trash. They will not work with the customer at all. I would not stay here if my life depended on it as the staff was clearly not willing to work with the customer and at least charge a cancellation fee. They took my $306 in advance for a stay that is still a month away. They really really suck. Do not stay here.

  Very disappointing experience. We arrived close to midnight, exhausted from traveling, and found a room that was far below expectations. The bed was literally deformed, with the mattress so uneven and sunken that it was difficult to stay in the middle without sliding toward the edge. Since it was already late at night, we ended up staying in the room for that first night. On top of that, the air conditioner was extremely loud the entire night, sounding more like construction noise or an old machine running nonstop. The room also had an unpleasant smell, very outdated furniture, and clear signs of poor maintenance and lack of proper upkeep. Because we had booked two nights, we requested a room change the next morning. Unfortunately, the second room had the same issue with the bed. It was slightly better than the first one, but still uneven and uncomfortable, especially on one side. The air conditioner was also very noisy again. We ended up requesting a third room change. In the third room, the bed was no longer broken, but it was still far from comfortable and below what we expected for a hotel like this. Overall, the hotel felt old, poorly maintained, and lacking attention to basic room quality and guest comfort. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for us, and we would not stay here again.
