  I was commuting back to GA from my office in South Florida. I traveled with my two dogs. The weather was horrible (a threatening hurricane), traffic was brutal, and it was late, so I decided to stay the night in Ocala. I called and spoke to Anaria while driving. She was amazingly helpful, providing some old-school service that is so hard to find in today's world. She took the time to discuss my needs and to find a perfect room placement, since I was traveling with my two dogs, handling them solo and dealing with bad weather. When I arrived at the hotel, Anaria was expecting me and had everything arranged-super competent and efficient. My stay was perfect (clean room, comfortable bed, quiet, etc.), and Anaria's superior customer service was the icing on the cake!!! BTW, the morning staff members were very pleasant and courteous as well. I would stay at this Best Western again!

  This price was very high. We payed $110 a day for 10 days .we also had our sheets not changed one time and bed and floor never done .got trash taken each day and 2 towels here and there .the room looked well but when I walked on carpet my feet got black. Pool very much noise loud .from trucks and cars .sum of the counter stuff were nice and some of the staff did not care about so many things that were not right .a man in the hall late playing music loud on the floor drinking .also when we got there they told us when the room was payed in full we had to pay 5.00$ a day parking extra ??? They let people smoke on pool and have sings no smoking ??? The breakfast was great the lady's did a outstanding job .best part to wake up and see a good meal to start you day .and the lady's working made the stay very much better . Will I ever go back never just to say hi to staff in the breakfast room .some of the black maids were very kind and respectful 🙏. Poor management.

  I stayed at a hotel recently, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a very good experience. The cleanliness wasn’t up to par. We asked for a dirty towel to be replaced, and they only changed one instead of all the towels. Also, the bathtub was clogged, and the water wouldn’t drain properly while we were showering.

  Room was clean and comfortable but small. Very basic no frills hotel. Needs updating, only 1 USB port for charging so bring plug in chargers, no coffee maker in room but can request one. It faces the interstate so rooms on that side would hear it. Small pool but also faces the interstate so it's loud out there. The location was great for what we needed. Includes breakfast but honestly I found it mostly inedible. The usual watery oatmeal, horrible powdered eggs. Fruit was over ripe. I would stay here again for 1 night maybe 2 at most , definitely not a vacation experience if that's what you're looking for

  Stayed here for this past 9 days before locating home. All was well however I'm sending a special thank you to Ms. Sheena. The service specialist for the morning continental breakfast went ABOVE & BEYOND and at times left us speechless due to her 5 star hospitality!! Good employees are hard to come by these days so I am with great hopes her hard work is recognized. With that said, being a business owner myself...I am disgusted with the behavior of a specific manager named "Cindy" with whom deemed it necessary to what seemed like a repermandment against Ms. Sheena which was uncalled for IN FRONT OF guests!! You would think a Manager would know the appropriate time and place to deal with both staff & guests!! I suggest the positions are switched. Let's see how many 5 star reviews "Cindy" gets doing Ms. Sheena 's job and vice versa. Make it a great day!!
