  I forgot my Samsung brand smart watch at this hotel, I left the hotel at 11 o'clock, when I said I didn't have a watch, it was 13 o'clock and when I came to the reception and asked, they said that my watch was not in the room. The clock was visible at the hotel on my mobile phone. Anyway, in short, the staff stole it.

  I walked into the best western plus hotel located on biscayne to ask a couple of questions about a reservation. Ended up meeting the front desk agent Elizabeth. She was very nice and even made great conversation with me. Answered all my questions with ease and informed me on all I needed to know.

  Elizabeth was so kind and helpful during my stay at Best Western Plus North Miami Bal Harbour. She had a great attitude and made the experience feel very welcoming. Amazing customer service.

  The staff is so nice and helpful. 5 star Room was okay - besides outside noise no insulation. Only coffee no tea / my table was cracked. The water takes 4 min to get hot. It’s just the small things people notice. It was a finger nail on the desk also. The rug was my issue it smells so bad it gets on your clothes on the 1st & 2nd floor smells like mildew from water. It’s really bad. Change the flooring. I even heard others saying something about the smell. I would return if I had to in that area and request top floors.

  Me and my family came down to the keys and on our way back out stopped for a stay in Miami area for 2 days of exploration. Ismael checked me into my room and man that guy has the personality for hotel hospitality. If this is the path his chooses he will be having his own hotel one day. Great service great attitude and appreciate him and best western for a convenient location to Miami Beach and surrounding while hosting a much more family friendly laid back vibe outside of the mid Miami/Miami Beach club nightlife. Great location, fair price but solid service! Thanks again Ismael!
