  Whenever we come to the area and visit family this is always where we stay. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great atmosphere overall. Breakfast is good. A lot of parking, although the spots are a bit small, but not a big deal. Nice quiet location, very safe in our experience. We've had a great time here, 10/10 recommend.

  El hotel es muy lindo, similar en diseño a todos los de la Cadena al que pertenece. Las habitaciones estan impecables, son muy amplias, con zona de escritorio y también una pequeña zona de cocina, con cafetera de cápsulas, mini heladera y microondas. Destaco que son muy modernas, grandes, comodas y todo esta en perfectoestado. El desayuno incluido es bastante completo, con diferentes bebidas y comidas frías y calientes. Con relación a la ubicación, es cómoda para quienes necesiten trabajar o estar en esa zona. Queda bastante lejos de Miami. En caso de querer ir allí, es imprescindible tener auto, ya que queda a 30, 40 minutos en vehículo.

  The room is big and clean. Furnitures are OK. Breakfast is good. Location is far from the MIA airport, but it's close to the Executive Airport, and it's also in a calm and quiet area. Employees are nice. Overall, it's a good place to stay with the family. I'd definitely come back in another opportunity.

  I had three reservations at the Best Western Plus Miami Executive Airport Hotel & Suites. All three reservations were canceled within the hotel’s stated cancellation policy. However, I was charged for two of these reservations, although I am unsure which specific reservations the charges correspond to. I contacted the hotel directly to resolve the issue. During my first call, I was informed that no supervisor was available to assist me. I called again a few days later and was given the same response. I then filed a complaint with Best Western Corporate. Corporate representatives reviewed my reservations and confirmed that all three reservations were canceled within the required cancellation period and that I should not have been charged. Corporate also contacted the hotel on my behalf, but as of the date of this review, the issue remains unresolved. Best Western Corporate advised me that any refund must be issued directly by the hotel location where the reservations were made. Due to the lack of response from this hotel for their own mistake and still not being refunded, I would avoid it.
