Rooms were a little dated but clean. They didn't have the breakfast spread like Hampton Inn, no Granola cereal or hard-boiled eggs or choice of turkey bacon or sausage, or waffles! They had fruit apples,oranges, bananas the entire week of our stay and each day they weren't fresh, they were old and tasted old! the crepe Suzette machine, which they maintained was a pancake machine, made half done crepes.

There were 20 people in the lobby waiting for the 3:00 check-in time. I travel a lot and have never run across a more poorly run check-in process. The two people checking in were nice enough, the lady running the show behind the counter was rude and condescending.
Room was fine and seemed clean, elevators are outdated, but it’s very convenient to the airport if that’s what you need. I wouldn’t stay again.

Had a great stay overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. The room was clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The location is convenient, especially being close to the airport. Breakfast had a good variety of options and was a nice way to start the day. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We truly enjoyed our recent stay! The rooms were super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower is honestly the best shower my husband & I have experienced at a hotel! The pressure and amount of water it spot on. I know this is probably a random item to mention, but it made a huge difference for us after traveling for 2 weeks. We also love how close this hotel is to the airport for early morning or late evening travels. We know where we will be staying the next time we come to Miami!

I stayed at the hotel on 12th June, 2025. At check in I was asked to make a deposit of $50. To date I have not received a refund of the deposit neither have I received an explanation as to why I cannot get the refund. The customer service has not been helpful at all. Each time I write to follow up they just inform that they have created a Customer Relations ticket CR1093572 has been updated and forwarded to the hotel’s senior management for review. Please advise on what I need to do to get my refund back.
