  Fantastic Stay at Best Western Plus Inn & Suites! Everything advertised here on Polynesian Isle Blvd is 100% true—no exaggeration! A sincere thank you to the owners, Mr. Bhavin & Heta Patel, and their wonderful team for running such an outstanding, hospitable hotel. Warm Welcome & Service: The staff greeted us warmly, provided excellent room service, and gave us full guidance on navigating local attractions. Convenient Transport: The free scheduled shuttles to Disney and nearby outlets made getting around effortless. Great Amenities: The hot breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and the outdoor pool, hot tub, free Wi-Fi, and free parking made our stay super comfortable. With Walt Disney World just minutes away and plenty of shops and dining within walking distance, it’s the perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back!

  I had a wonderful experience at Best Western Plus. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.

  Great location a lot of things to do in the area. Diego was welcoming as soon as I walked into the hotel he’s a very nice guy . Also , a clean establishment I will be back !

  I would like to report a very disappointing experience during breakfast this morning. I noticed that the staff member serving breakfast was not treating all guests equally. I asked if I could have two slices of toast, as only bagels were available at the buffet. She told me that "only bagels are available today." However, about five minutes later, I saw her take out a pack of bread and prepare toast for another guest who had made the exact same request. Being treated differently from another guest under the same circumstances was extremely disappointing. This kind of unequal treatment is unacceptable, and it gave me the impression that guests are not being treated fairly. I hope you will investigate this matter and ensure that all guests receive the same level of service and respect. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be staying at Best Western Plus Orlando Lake again. Regards,
