Very clean and beautiful rooms The employees here are very wonderful and very respective. Make sure you are a very happy customer. They make sure you enjoy your stay here and have so much respect for you and family members. It would come up and see you. It is very truly amazing here very clean with Pool and Jacuzzi very clean rooms everything is up-to-date and guarantee if you need anything fixed or something minor they’re very fast to get to it with no hesitation most definitely I will be coming back. Thank you Best Western plus I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back in family as well.
THE MANAGERS RESPONSE IS A LIE. OUR RESERVATION WAS CANCELABLE AND HE ADMITTED THAT ON THE PHONE WHEN HE FORCED US TO CANCEL AND THEN SAID, "OH ... THE RESERVATION IS ALREADY REFUNDED BECAUSE IT WAS CANCELABLE." don't let the manager, corporate or staff tell you otherwise. They straight up lie and steal money from people and then try to gaslight you into thinking it's your fault.
We booked this hotel in March for an October trip. We ALWAYS book using cancelable reservations because sometimes life happens. So imagine our surprise when almost 2 months after we made the reservation our card was charged for the reservation amount despite the reservation explicitly stating it wasn't due until October. When my husband called, the hotel absolutely refused to help us, repeatedly telling us they were too busy to help us. When we called corporate, they also refused to help us. Eventually, the hotel manager told us that there was a system glitch and we were charged because there was a "system glitch" that have us a "discount we weren't entitled to." We've only ever stayed at Best Western hotels, we are like the highest tiered rewards members. We literally spend thousands of dollars a year with Best Western and we've NEVER had an experience like this. My husband looked at room rates while on the phone with this manager and we could cancel and rebook for $300 less than this stupid reservation. The manager finally agreed to refund us but we were required to cancel the reservation and we're prohibited from rebooking, not like we'd want to now. Save your money and book somewhere else. The manager and staff at this hotel are a joke and corporate is useless. Not only will we never stay in a Best Western hotel again, but we will ensure that none of the people we know who frequently use Best Western also terminate their relationship with Best Western.
Location is great (close to the disney parks) if you ignore the nearby construction.
Room design is a bit weird having two twin beds crammed into a small enclove and a King in the main area. Would've been better to have a door separating the twins from the king or at least a curtain.
Biggest issue was the musty/mildew smell. I had allergy attacks every time I went to the bathroom so there must be some serious (hidden) mold issues going on.
AC was pretty weak.
Room service would take but not replace things. There was also not enough shampoo/conditioner so I had to ask the desk in person late at night (room phone was broken).
Breakfast sucked with the pancake machine being broken. There weren't many options to begin with so this was unfortunate.
Elevator had me on edge. Pretty clunky and would studder/stall. Doors close pretty fast.

A poor experience.
We asked for our room to be cleaned on three consecutive days. Friday. Saturday. Sunday. Each time we were assured it would be done. Each evening we returned to find...nothing. The room hadn't been cleaned once.
By the third request it felt like we were being ignored.
The room was already below standard when we checked in, with dirty bed linen, an unclean bathroom and damaged furniture. Because housekeeping never came, basic supplies such as toilet paper weren't replenished. Breakfast was medicore.
To make matters worse, the room telephone doesn't work, so every request means walking downstairs to reception. The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay, and when we complained we were bizarrely told it was because we were visiting from England.
What shocked us most was the attitude. No apology. No explanation. Just repeated assurances followed by no action.
This isn't about one mistake. It's about a hotel that appears either unable or unwilling to provide the most basic level of housekeeping.
We have submitted a formal complaint and requested a substantial refund. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

We checked into the hotel at 10.30pm and, within 10 minutes of entering our room, we saw roaches and a mouse. My 6 years old daughter was extremely frightened and began screaming because of the situation.
I immediately went to the front desk and spoke with night auditor. He apologized for the condition of the room and assured me that a refund would be provided. Based on that assurance, we proceeded accordingly.
However, the following day, management denied the refund and retained our payment. During our stay, we also learned that several other guests had experienced issues with mold, bugs, and overall room conditions.
We are very disappointed not only with the condition of the property but also with the lack of follow-through regarding the refund that was promised. We believe the situation was handled unprofessionally and that the assurances provided to us were misleading.
