  My wife and I stayed at the Best Western hibiscus motel in key West for a weekend in June or 2026 and we had a very nice visit. The service was excellent, the room was very clean, & the location was within walking distance to everything in town. Our room was very quiet due to the walls being solid concrete. There is also a pool and the area on the pool deck is very nice.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely great value for the money.

  We stayed 7/3/26, front desk employee was extremely helpful and kind. Our flight was early morning arrival and they allowed us to check in as soon as the room was clean. We were very thankful as it was HOT. The room was so clean and fresh! Also, great size about double the size of most regular hotels. Would love to visit again! 10/10 recommend! Thank you Beat Western Hibiscus!

  My wife stayed here as we "Key Hopped" for our honeymoon. We both agreed that this motel had the cleanest room throughout our journey down the Florida Keys. We would definitely recommend staying here. The location makes walking anywhere to the nearby sites and shops extremely convenient. In the morning there's a complimentary breakfast which we enjoyed poolside.

  We are loyal Best Western customers; glad we chose this one. Convenient location (downtown Key West is not so big so it is walking distance from many attractions). Did not eat the breakfast every day as there are other appealing options around; it was fine when we had it, though the dining area was a little small. Refill-station for water bottles was convenient. It was quiet (maybe not the busiest time), which we appreciated. Just to mention, there was an odd smell in the room but not to make a big deal out of it.

  Stayed here for our first time visiting Key West. We were very happy with everything. Our stay was Wednesday through Saturday and got an upgrade to a poolside room. Our room was very spacious. Also love that there is an extra sink and vanity outside the bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. All the staff were courteous and professional. The motel is a very short walk away from the Southernmost point monument and only a block up from Duval street. What we really liked is that it is very close to everything but just far enough away to be in a quiet area. We parked our car at the motel when we arrived and didn't find any need to drive again until we checked out to leave the island--and getting free parking was great too. Even the other side of the island is only about a 25 minute walk and less if you keep a brisk pace. Hot breakfast every morning was very good and was a nice way to save some money as Key West can be pricey. Thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool too. Overall my family and I had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay at the BW Hibiscus again. Definitely looking forward to returning to the Keys. The BW Hibiscus was a bargain for everything that you get and we were not disappointed whatsoever.
