  Maria was extremely rude and unprofessional. The customer service was very disappointing, and I did not feel respected as a customer. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place because of the poor customer service.

  Terrible Customer Service Maria is One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The attitude was completely unacceptable, and the way I was spoken to was extremely rude and disrespectful. There was absolutely no professionalism or basic courtesy shown throughout the interaction. Customer service should make customers feel welcomed and respected, not frustrated and uncomfortable. I would not recommend dealing with this person based on my experience.i do not recommend at all maria sotomayor horrible staff member

  Stay there for family reunion. Well maintained, and had beautiful time. Staff was very accommodating.

  The room looks cleaned when we arrived but when we entered the room we smell right away a foul smell and smoke i dont know if its from the carpet but seems like it. Since we just went there to sleep and only for a night we didn't made of a big deal because I thought it was okay. But that night I havent sleep good because the smells bothers me a lot. I ended get being sick the next day when we check out. I wont go back to this hotel again.
