  The knowledge, friendliness and experience Chad brings to your team. The convenience and safety of having the work done at my location, made it possible for me to have services rendered. The payment options were great and convenient as well. The only reason I don’t give it a 5 star is due to having such a large window of time for services. I couldn’t do anything from 1-6pm. Other than that, I would use Safelite again. Thanks Chad!!!

  Technician left broken glass throughout the car and within door. Every time you opened the door you could hear broken glass shifting in door. Sun shade was inoperable due to broken glass disrupting function. I had to tear the door back apart to clean all broken glass and restore screen function.

  I’ve had my windshield replaced several times with different companies. The Safelife installer is the only installer ever ask about my oil change sticker he removed it before installing the new windshield I thought that was very thoughtful because in the past, with other companies no one has ever asked that question and didn’t remove my Oil change sticker thank you safelife technician Great job.

  Now I see why they make you pay first before they even work on your car because it’s never done when it’s supposed to be and communication is poor at best. “It could take 10 to 15 hours before we get your car fixed, but it’ll be done today.” Which made no sense since they’re only open nine hours. Honestly, you can’t make this up

  The technician did a great job. They cancelled my appointment 2 times and no call no showed the 2nd time to which i already took off work. Still wouldnt budge on the scheduling to a time i cojld be present after work after blowing me off twice.Only available to schedule in huge 5 hour blocks so you have to be present the whole time. Was a huge waste of my time and i dont recommed coming here.
