  Excellent customer service and repairs, HOWEVER, someone needs to stay on top of the facilities, men's bathroom was absolutely atrocious, feces in the toilet unflushed, trash all over the floor, garbage bin overflowing, and the water fountains were very dirty as well.

  Shane was very professional and a pleasure to talk to.very knowledgeable and answered my Questions without Hesitation. Shane was thorough and did the Job fairly Quickly and Calabrated My Car and Windshield sensors faster than I thought it would take and we even shared a story or two along the way during Calibration. Shane is a True Professional. You definitely need to keep him around for a Long time. Very Customer Friendly with Professional skills. Really rare these Days. Sincerely James Marriner

  The guy who came was a very nice guy who broke my cow, which is the plastic piece that goes in the windshield and he called me out there and he tried to hide it for me and lied to me about it. No big deal and now they’re telling me that they’re not gonna replace it so I called the manager talk to four different people. They were all very nice but never the right person after two hours on the telephone manager supposed to call me been three days haven’t heard from them have called him twice. I just wanna get it fist. I want to fit in myself and save them a whole lot of money no problem. I know things happen but no communication.

  My experience with this location has been terrible. I dropped my car off before 7:30 AM, and now it is after closing time and I still do not have my vehicle back. A) They do not provide status updates through the website. B) I stopped by the location around 2 PM and was told the window had been installed but the technician had not calibrated it yet. It is now 6 PM on the same day, and I have received no call and no update. I have tried calling the location multiple times, but it is impossible to reach the front desk. I even contacted the customer service line, and they could not get through either. Since my insurance is covering this repair, I may not get my vehicle back until the next morning. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I have used Safelite multiple times over the years, and this has by far been the worst experience I have ever had.

  This is apparently the only location that does commercial sized vehicles I got a call to confirm my appointment all the details yesterday I get that it’s raining today but if you know you have a 11am appointment with a box truck and chances are it doesn’t fit inside the bay the right thing to do is call the customer so he doesn’t waste his time and money 5.40 a gallon of diesel at 7-9 mpg and a 35 minute drive there and back a courtesy call would have avoided all this hassle plus a shop dealing with commercial vehicles that makes a bay under 14ft is a joke knowing about 90% of commercial vehicles are 13+ plus feet. Disappointed honestly
