Safelight solutions are professional, courteous and have a great sense of urgency. They also know how to calibrate the camera to your windshield. My insurance company set it up and that was it. Awesome job!!

Bad reason, asked to go to shop. Was hesitant but agreed. I wanted it done. Made a 30 minute drive and it took less than 30 minutes! Chad was great, very curtious and polite. Overall a very nice experience.

These appointments take quite a long time, naturally. You would expect more comfortable chairs or coffee or something to make the wait more bearable. At least they have wifi. As far as the work, they seem to do a good job. But they couldn't get my recalibration done in 1 visit so now I have to go back. All in all, glass repair and recalibration will cost 7 hours of my time. 4 hours the first visit and expecting 3 hours for the follow up.

I put in a glass claim with my insurance company, Progressive Insurance. The claim was initiated in the Progressive App and as soon as the claim was identified as glass damage, progressive moved the claim to the Safelite site to schedule an appointment. I drive an Ineos Grenadier and I had a new windshield 3 days later

Aaron was a great tech that installed the glass. He explained everything very well. This was our 2nd appt as the first one was cancelled due to the person stating the "Ladder Rack" needs to be removed for the glass to be repalced. Well that should be on of the questions asked in the prescreening part od tghe appt being set up if it is for a contractor. More than likely the van will have a ladder rack installed on top of the van. Never was asked this question, but they make sure to ask if there is a covered area for the glas to be replaced in.
